Ralph came to where my car was parked, diagnosed the issue, shared with me what needed to be done, quoted me a price, fixed the issue and added fixed several other minor things which I could have completed on my own. I recommend highly 360 Mechanic. This past weekend, our Honda crv broke down in Long Island (every light was on the dashboard). The vehicle limped back to the hotel at a top speed of 19 miles per hour. A friend in Manhattan looked up a mechanic with a good rating and shared the phone number. 360 Mechanic arrived after midnight, they were very professional. They fixed the car before 3 am; he explained the root cause of the problem, reset all the lights, and gave recommends. The fix allowed the family travel home to Ohio without an issue. Again, I highly recommend 360 Mechanic. They were a blessing to my family.

You can't beat the service Ralph provided. I called on a Saturday afternoon (most shops open only mon-fri) and he answered and came directly to me after finishing up with his previous client. Outcall direct to you, Saturday night, saving the day was clutch. I had coolant leaking from a faulty radiator, he noticed right away and he took me to the nearest autozone to get what I needed. Nobody is going to take you and bring you back but Ralph did. He worth every penny. Changed out the radiator, & in a couple hrs my car was smooth like butter again. I definitely will pass his number to my boys who need a great mechanic. Appreciate the work Ralph!
