So we are vacationing at Myrtle Beach Travel Park 4.5hrs from home. We had a tire go down, nobody in this area would even look at it. I checked it myself and turns out the rim was cracked. We have to leave by Saturday morning so now we are in a panic since we couldnt even find anyone to check for a leak on a Superduty. We talked to Zach at Beach Truck and RV (awesome guy) and he put us in touch with Jay at 360 Motorsports. When we got there Jay made a call and then showed me which rims he could get next day, this was Wednesday. I picked the rims I wanted, Jay ordered them and got thim in on Thursday. He called me when they arrived and set time to install them on Friday. We arrived when they opened on Friday and they got them done . Thank you again for getting us back on the road 360 Motorsports, we really appreciate it.

I've been going to 360 motorsports for about 2 years now and I've gotta say, they're definitely the best in town. Every time I've come in I have a pretty big request and they handle it professionally and without any hassle what-so-ever. They've got great prices, they're extremely friendly, and do phenominal work. So far I've had them do my brakes, full sound system, new rims / tires, tint, and others odds and ends and I've never been dissapointed!

I would give 10 stars if I could. The customer service, attention to details, going above and beyond my expectations is just a few of the many qualities that this fine establishment has. Jayven and Vince surprised me by cleaning and painting under the hood and buffing the head light covers. It looked like a new car when I picked it up. Now, that is service going above and beyond. I wasn’t going to write this because I was promised a reimbursement. But I stopped getting any replies so here it is. 360 Motorsports absolutely wrecked my 2008 ML63, and I’m warning anyone who cares about their car to think twice before going here. I brought my car in, and they immediately blamed the power steering pump. Cool no problem.. I paid to replace it; only to pick up the car and find coolant spraying everywhere and the same whining noise still there. They didn’t even put the parts back together correctly. I had to return right away. They touched it up and fixed the coolant leak, but it was still whining, so I brought it back again… Now they suddenly decided the “real” issue was the steering rack. Should’ve been diagnosed the first time, but fine—I paid for that too. A few hours after picking up my car, the steering rack burst, dumping fluid all over the street. Back to the shop again…. The next time I picked it up, I discovered even MORE problems that weren’t there before: • My clock spring was ruined (since they didn’t properly lock the steering wheel while doing the rack) • The steering still whined • And even crazier, I now had a brand new crazy heavy rolling/thumping started when I accelerated hard When i came to get my car Stefanos didn’t even tell me he screwed up with the drive shaft, he literally tried to play it off as if I won’t notice… A few miles later, my drive shaft literally broke while driving. I took my car somewhere else and pay again to fix everything properly—including the damage that showed up after their “repairs.” To top it all off, my car was robbed wherever they parked it. All my belongings were gone. I was told I’d be reimbursed, but now I get zero replies. Bottom line: In my experience, this shop misdiagnosed my car, performed sloppy work, caused even more damage, cost me thousands, and left me without answers. I will never take a car here again, and I don’t recommend anyone else risk it.

Outstanding !! I walked in to 360 Motorsports looking for some answers on buying new wheels, mounting my old tires on the new wheels and swapping out the TPMS. Jay could not have been any more helpful. He ordered my new wheels on Thursday afternoon. They were delivered the next morning. Jay had them mounted, balanced, and ready to roll in about an hour. I am so happy with 360 Motorsports. I'm telling all my buddies about this shop. They are amazing. Do your self a favor, go see them. You will not be sorry.

Jay & Crew did a excellent job on my 2025 TRD Tacoma from start to finish. They are easy to deal with and work out when to get it to the shop. His son and crew do top notch work and make sure your lift kit and vehicle is right. I am very happy with them and recommend them if your living in area or from out of town.
