Do not use this business, Im in the process of a lawsuit now. They kept our car for over 6 months and kept making excuses at first they said they lost our center caps to 26inch rims and then they said someone stole them but never called the police until I came and did so the owner will not speak on it but will send one of his workers to do his dirty work. My rims have been discontinued so there is no option in replacing center caps this company needs to be held responsible for the whole rim being that it can't be replaced and was in their possession. Very unprofessional and I do not recommend them. These are over 4,000 rims....

For everyone reading this, DO NOT go here. The salesman was very professional at first. We worked on a deal on one of his vehicles that I was interested in. I put a $500.00 deposit down on the vehicle, just to hold the car for 2 days while everything went through. After figuring out the vehicle had more damage that I thought, I decided not to buy the vehicle. They ignored my messages for multiple days, and stole my deposit, stating "We have a sign that says no refunds on deposits". I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

Bought a car from them. Car rode good for few days, then boom limp mode it was they kept my car over a month, claimed it was fox and now limp mode again haven’t even driven the car over two hours to another state. They refuse to give me my money back someone knew something was wrong when the car was sold I felt like ! DONT EVER BUY A CAR FROM THESE PEOPLE! Mr Greg tried to help to his fullest he is appreciated, but if it’s a shop/dealership, how doesn’t anyone know what’s going on with my vehicle ???? Don’t buy a car from here.

I moved to Myrtle Beach two years ago now retired, and was looking for a good affordable and honest mechanic. I check online and found this shop close to my home. I call and talk to to Greg the owner, super nice and friendly person. It is a family owned shop. I bought in my Mercedes-Benz 2010 ML350 for a service. He did a excellent job great price He is a great and trustworthy person and will continue to have him as my mechanic and recommend him..

Great customer service, I felt very comfortable with their warm welcome :) ! We took our new vehicle because they were ASE certified, although we found out later we needed to go to a dodge dealership for repairs instead because it was covered under our warranty , they were not upset after they used their personal time to find out what was wrong with our vehicle. Everyone was very friendly, and they even gave us their business card in case we had any additional questions in the future even though we had no services done. Great experience , I would definitely recommend this auto repair shop to anyone!

If I could leave 0 stars I would. What an absolute joke of a so called mechanic shop. They had no clue what to do with my car and kept saying I needed to replace xyz. After 3,586$ my car is back to having the same symptoms from the very beginning. Brought my car to a trustworthy shop and they identified the problem right away. Auto village center is a joke and a fraudulent company. They are scam artists. Especially Greg who loves to take advantage of people and try to make it seem like he’s some hero. I will be going through small claims court.

I brought my 2004 Mazda 6 here for a wheel bearing replacement, and a front end alignment. From the moment I walked into the garage/shop I was greeted and treated like family. Everyone I came into contact with at this garage, was amazing, and the service was great. I left my car with them for a few hours, received a call stating it was done, then went to pick it up. She drives like she’s brand new again! Thank you guys for the quick and great service.

They told me my torque converter was bad and changed it, 3 weeks later same problem they changed it again. month later same problem they said if they change it again it will cost me 1500.00 more. Then they said it might be maybe the transmission. I wish they told me that in the 1st place after I spent 3000.00 on a torque converter. I will never use them again.

I took my 2006 bmw 300i to have the valve cover gasket replaced I was quoted 950.00 which was already high for this job but I agreed at the front desk you put in all your own info. Never got a call it was ready so I went in to check on it and he told me it was done but some bolts where busted off and it took 2 hours longer to change so between the time and the bolts it would be 1430.00 I never got a call or email he said he called me twice and left a vm but his system showed one number off. With that being said I called him on his employees cell the day before and my email was correct I was pissed off to be told I owe almost 310.00 more then quoted as he did end up dropping 100.00 off because they day before he told me to meet him at a shop that was closed so I had to drive a hour to meet him at his open shop. Should have just took it to the local shop it was cheaper and I’m sure they would have not marked up over 300 for some broke. Bolts when they are known to snap. I gave him a 3 star as the work was done but that’s all I can say that was positive.

People of today seem to complain a lot. With times being so bad, we tend to do just the opposite. We prefer to praise people or places for a job well done--it's always nice to hear something good for a change instead of "negativity". While on vacation in Myrtle Beach, our car suddenly presented us with a problem. We spotted a garage & pulled in. Unbeknownst to us it was closed, but with all the busyness of a music fest in town, the owner, Greg Adams, took time out to address our problem. Long story short, our problem was solved & we made it safely back to Fairport, NY. Thank you Greg for a super job.

They wasn’t calling me to let me know what’s going on with my car. I had to keep going there and calling them and then finally when I picked up my car , the car was not working. And the situation was worse than before So now I have to take my car to another mechanic and spend more money

Yes I was on vacation in mrytle beach and my vehicle broke down so I took it to this place the people was friendly. But they over charge me for fixing my vehicle. So I am saying this to be careful when you need your vehicle fix from this place and you are not from the area this place will take advantage of you and charge you 3× what the job should cost so be careful. But they charge me $1187.00 for a job that would had cost me less then 400.00. How I know I as my mechanic back home where I am from and they me they got over on me because I were from out of town.

I have an old Volvo that I love dearly, and the Auto Village folks completely understand that. I have been a regular customer for a long time. I had another old car before the Volvo that was also taken care of there. They are always very helpful, friendly, almost like family, and I trust them to keep my car running safely. They are always busy when I go there but they always take time for me like they're glad to see me. They go out of their way to help me. I'm thankful for that kind of support and friendship in a business.
