A friend suggested this place when I was in a panic to get new shocks after another place wanted to charge me nearly $500 for two new rear shocks. Precision replaced the, for less than half that price and were very patient explaining what parts were needed and why. I didn’t feel like (what we are all warned about with car places) that they were trying to use my ignorance about cars against me and for their gain. I felt taken care of and respected. A month later I needed another part replaced that broke and they acted the same way, consistent in their kindness and respect Thanks guys!

Long story short they added dye and told me to return in a week.. low and behold there was no actual oil leak. Was not charged for anything! They didnt try to push other services. I’ve used Precision auto not once or twice but over a dozen times with all my vehicles and I’ll keep going back! The service is impeccable. They take the time to diagnose and explain. The pricing is reasonable and honest. I’ve been taken advantage of by so many others that it really does feel good to find someone you trust. Rick is my favorite!! I am writing to express my profound dissatisfaction with the services rendered at your establishment. My initial expectation was a positive experience, which, unfortunately, has not been met. Our engagement began with a faulty starter in my vehicle, for which I was charged nearly $600 for its replacement. Upon settling the bill, I was informed of a hairline crack in my radiator, which your team attempted to repair with a ceramic sealant, free of charge. Regrettably, the radiator failed completely two days later. Following this, the vehicle was returned for radiator repair. Subsequent to this repair, the air conditioning system ceased to function. It is important to note that the air conditioning had been serviced and was fully operational just two months prior at a different facility. I suspect a correlation between the radiator repair and the subsequent air conditioning malfunction. Upon notifying your team of this new issue, I was requested to return the vehicle. Approximately three to four days later, the air conditioning was reportedly repaired. However, no explanation was provided regarding the cause of the malfunction or the specific actions taken to rectify it, beyond the assurance that it was fixed and no further charges would be incurred. for it well you can't charge me for something that was already working and if you broke it while you were fixing something else. Less than a month after the replacement of the starter, my vehicle experienced another malfunction. I had it towed back to the service center, and after a five-day period, I was informed that the cause of the initial starter failure was unknown, and therefore, it was simply replaced. No further information was provided regarding the nature of the malfunction or potential contributing factors. Upon retrieving my vehicle after the stated completion of service, I noted a new noise emanating from the engine upon ignition. This sound was not present prior to the starter replacement. I brought this to the attention of the service team, and I was informed by a different individual that the issue might be related to the flywheel. I was advised to return the vehicle if the noise intensifies, among other recommendations. I have raised a significant concern regarding the noise emanating from the vehicle, which has already experienced two shutdowns. I am unable to risk being stranded due to an unresolved issue that is merely speculated upon. I believe the vehicle should not have been returned to me without a comprehensive understanding of the underlying problem from your perspective. Dismissing this as a minor concern is unacceptable, as it could lead to a serious breakdown, potentially leaving me in a vulnerable situation, such as being stranded late at night. I should not have to feel apprehensive about operating my vehicle. I am experiencing new noises since my last visit to this mechanic. Given that the same part required replacement a second time, and no charge was issued, I am concerned that the repair may have been performed without due diligence regarding the long-term maintenance of my vehicle. Following a challenging experience with the initial mechanic, I sought a second opinion, which quickly identified the issue within 20 minutes. I will not be returning due to a series of recurring issues. It appears that there have been persistent malfunctions, and I have incurred expenses exceeding $2,000 within approximately one month for three to four separate repairs. I would advise caution when considering their services. They need to significantly improve their customer service and demonstrate greater diligence in their work, particularly concerning vehicle maintenance. We rely on these professionals for safe transportation. IN RESPONSE TO YOUR ANSWER great damage control response but we both know i was not informed about the noise until I brought the car back THE SAME DAY. AND I NEVER RECEIVED a RECEIPT. I have nothing more to loose or gain from lying on your business. I'm just someone who trusted u with my vehicle. You live and you learn.
