Excellent car repair place, fast, honest and reliable. I had a problem with my AC system and stoped there without an appointment, not even hoping that my problem would be fixed the same day. Don’t let your lack of speaking Spanish stop you from using this shop. My Spanish is very limited, almost nonexistent but the front desk lady Jennifer who is super smart and assertive, took care of everything in the most professional manner. In just a couple of hours I had my car fixed and they actually charged me less than what the estimate stated, I mean who does that? I will definitely use their services again. Thank you 3J staff !!! I took my car in because the AC blower stopped working and not only they had me bring the car in right away but to my surprise they didn't even charge me anything because some part was under warranty. Not even for labor, nothing! Surely they could have charged me because I didn't know about that and I totally expected to pay. On top of that I was late due to traffic and they waited for me with a smile and a "no problem". They are super nice, professional, and reliable. My car was fixed and the AC blower works perfectly. I highly recommend this shop to anyone - Five stars *****

We broke down in our 2003 diesel Mercedes sprinter van traveling between Austin and El Paso. They got us in the same day when all other garages I called said they couldn’t work on sprinters. They repaired our fuel pump since the new part would take too long to get in, and they replaced our water pump. They patiently explained what was happening and the reason for the repairs done. Calling with a Spanish speaker will help to get all the details. I felt that they got the job done quickly and with reasonable pricing on labor. We appreciate their help getting safe and sound for our drive through the heat! They even topped up our freon in our AC for free after we paid for the other jobs. Thank you!!!
