I hit a semi tire tread on the freeway and the left front fender popped out about 2 inches on car. Couldn’t pop it back in without damaging. He came to my work by appointment and fixed it perfectly right in the parking lot at a more than fair price! He conveniently has clover so you can pay not just with cash/check but card securely as well. Legit perfect service (better than a dealership service center), sigh of relief, and great customer service. Disregard the one negative review by a child throwing a fit because they’re by appointment only. Not the only human being in the world. Good people deserve to be recognized. Bring this company business. Best decision you’ll make for your pocket book and your mind. End of Story. Thank you again Ozzie!

Highly recommend!!! Extremely friendly, quick to schedule, flexible with location for service, unbeatable price, outstanding quality of repair! Unfortunately my new ride of only a few months got a nasty ding in the door. I was worried about it as it was dented in one region with a slight crease above. Insurance didn't meet deductible and other shops I called were right up there in price so it didn't make sense financially. I was happy to have given one more search online and stumbled along the DiNG Company. It was super easy to submit an online inquiry with photos to make sure they were the right place for the job and get a quote. I spoke on the phone with them to review everything and scheduled service! They were too quick for me (so awesome) but I scheduled out a week later. I was worried about having a busy schedule still but they were more than accommodating with their mobile repair service and came right to me and on time. The repair was extremely quick and my vehicle was ready within the hour. I can't tell no matter how hard I've looked that there was any damage to begin with. Perfect result! Payment was super easy with several options available during the time of service. Excellent friendly informative customer service throughout the whole process made me feel comfortable and confident in my choice with the DiNG Company. Keep up the amazing work. Oscar did a great job repairing the hail damage to my car. The car had damage on every panel and Oscar fixed it all. I can’t tell it was ever damaged. In addition he was great at communicating, came out quickly for an estimate and repaired the car in the timeframe he said. Very happy with the service.

I called just to get information and got the third degree. I don't know who the employee was but he basically interrogated me suspecting I was a competitor when all I asked was, did he have availability next week and what might the repair cost (I described my small dent). The price range he quoted made me suspicious ($75 to $450) which makes me think he wants to see how fancy the car is before he sets a price. I asked three times "do you have availability next week" because that's when I'm off work and he wouldn't answer, saying he got calls like this all the time from competitors. He finally offered me a day and time but by then I was soured and I said let me call back. He said, "There it is. There it is" and hung up. I'm literally just a potential customer that he hung up on. I'll go out of my way now to FIND a competitor and it's his fault.

NEED a dent/ding repair? Stop here and make an appointment with Ozzie! This is the second time Ozzie has worked on my car. This time I needed to have a ugly door ding in a very tough area removed that a careless drivers did. Not many other shops tend to want to do, or they try to charge an arm and leg. The Ding Company does it and does it right. Not only do they do really really great work but it is quick and painless. The best part is Ozzie is fully mobile and works with you, clear communication, and cost friendly. I work remote from home on the weekday’s, so it is extremely nice to have someone do a home repair. I’ve been to repair/ding/body shops in the past and Ozzie does a much better job than the shops! And this is fact as I am highly OCD about my ride. He is honest and I’d recommend his company to all. Thanks! You gave me a peace of mind again. PS do not listen to that 1 ⭐️ fake review. As a small business owner, I really dislike people like this.

Hands down the best experience I could have hoped for. I got an upfront honest opinion that there was a chance that the damage might be beyond what they could handle but they were willing to take a look at it. They were very communicative and arrived on time as promised. They ended up taking the job and doing it on the spot. It took 4.5 hrs but the turck is good as new. Oscar is an artist with his craft and I'm thrilled with the outcome. I would definitely recommend and use them again!

I look at all of these reviews and I don’t know if I caught them on a bad day but I called about a quote and booking an appointment. I was quoted somewhere between 275 and 575 for my dent. All I asked is if they would clear the work with me before proceeding to do it because I was comfortable with the lower end of the range but didn’t want to proceed with the job if it was going to be closer to the high end of the range, the guy freaked out canceled my appointment, kept saying I was trying to lock him into his $300 when I never said that at all. It was very confusing and odd - I decided to go with another company that was local and did the job no problem
