Stop putting commercials at the pump. It so irritating, i just sit in my car. I used to go in and spend more money inside, but Im so turned off to giving you any more money. Dont we get enough commercials and ads in our life?

I’ve been going here for awhile now, and the register workers always seem kind of annoyed when you approach them, but they have this new guy, said his name was Q, he was killing it. Ran two registers at once and was super polite, meanwhile, most of the workers hardly run one.

I complained earlier about waiting forever at the car wash, they have stepped up their game, it's gotten a lot better. Car looks great on the expensive wash, still looks good too with the regular.

They used to give free water here but all of a sudden they are charging $3 for a cup of water. Absolutely ridiculous. I'll go to QT where they give fountain water for free.

While traveling to Prescott on a business trip we stopped at the 4 Sons Chevron in Anthem at about 5:15 am. We wanted some snacks, coffee, and restroom break. The restrooms were blocked off. The cashier said they are regularly locked up at 10 pm every night. My husband asked if the neighborhood was really that bad. The cashier snarkily responded, "No, it's the travelers". How insulting. Don't spend your money at this place!

I had no money on me and ran out of gas there while traveling to flagstaff with my wife and kids (5&7). Manager and customers alike were extremely rude to us as if we were trash for running out of gas. 3 hours later I walked to a near by business for help. It was the most humiliating experience of my life to say the leaset

The store is clean and well stocked. I went there for the car wash. What a joke! Drive down a long alley to the money machine. That's when I find out it only takes correct change and no credit cards. I had to go into the store out front to break a $5. I do not think any soap was applied to my car and there were large sections that were totally untouched by the brushes. I would not wash my car here again if it was free.

I'm only giving it 4 stars because of my experience today. I went for a car wash and my car looked great but obviously people who choose to have nice luxury vehicles, such as a Tesla, shouldn't take their cars through if they're going to mess up the cars behind them by STOPPING right at the end of the car wash instead of putting your car in drive to leave the car wash. This caused a pile up that resulted in me having to step on my brakes to keep from completely rear ending this Tesla. But they clearly deserved it if they're that concerned about their car in an automatic car was and are willing to cause damage to the cars behind them. As it is, they could barely figure out how to drive between some poles and through a gate when they had to pay.

I have a monthly car wash membership at this location. Overall, the car wash is great. Always does a nice job on my car and I love the new FREE vacuums they now have. I would’ve given this location a 5 star but things I have witnessed with staff is what made me give a 3 star. There have been times when I was inside the gas station and the bell would ding letting employees know there’s a customer at the car wash and the staff would moan and complain that they had to go out to help the customer at the car wash. Since I have a membership I’m at this location a lot ( at least 2 - 3 times a week) last week after waiting a few mins for an employee to come out to the car wash, when she finally came out she looked very unhappy and mean, and she was very rude. Then another female employee came out and the older employee women that was already out there started yelling and complaining about another co worker is pissing her off and there was a full on gossip rant about this other employee. I was very uncomfortable sitting there. I would be furious if I was the owner of this location knowing how their staff acts in front of customers. On another note AL that works there is amazing! Always helpful, nice and professional! Kudos to AL!

I typically tell people to stay away from 4 Sons, especially the one by my house on Carefree highway, mostly because their gas prices are typically 30 to 40 cents higher than everybody else's. I have yet to visit a 4 Sons where they treated you in a way that made sense to spend more money on anything. However this one in Anthem Arizona, where I got my propane refilled, was the two nicest guys I've ever seen at a gas station! I still wouldn't pay $0.40 more a gallon but I certainly will stop in again to get pizza!

UPDATE: Once 4Sons actually fix the problems with the carwash it's been great. I haven't had an issue in over about 6mos. OLD Review: The car wash is broken more often then it's open. I pay a monthly fee for unlimited car washes. But I've only been able to use it twice in the last couple months. What a Waste of money.

Today about 9 am I stopped by this gas station to inquire about their monthly car wash program. I wanted to recognize the woman (unfortunately I didn't get her name) that helped me because of how helpful she was! Hopefully the store owners/managers know who she is. Many times these days a positive experience is lacking, but I must say, today the experience was top-notch, largely thanks to her. From the moment I pulled in, she greeted me with a welcoming smile and truly wanted to help answer my questions. She took the time to explain the different wash options, ensuring I selected the best one for my car's needs. Her knowledge and professionalism were immediately evident, and it felt like I was in good hands. If you're looking for a car wash that not only leaves your car sparkling clean but also offers great customer care, Anthem is the place to go.

Tried to use the intercom to get help at the gas pump but apparently they are not working and they didn't even put a sign on it to say that I went in to get help and the man was rude. It is 1:45am just spend 4 hours waiting for my brother's flight which ended up canceled until tomorrow. Before heading up towards prescott I stop for gas and a much needed restroom visit. Once the tank is full I head in to the toilets only to find the door locked (both sets of doors) the lights are on there is even a cashier at the counter. I look at the open hours that are posted on the window which states they are open 24 hours. I knock on the door no response. I knock again. Still no response but I know the cashier heard me. Due to the desperate need I have I return to my car in a hurry to find a more welcoming place of service. This has left me feeling bitter I spend my money here but was abandoned in my hour of need, one sneeze away from disaster. I will not be returning.

Full service convenience store with 5 star service. The employees that they hire are exceptional. Continuously smiling and helpful. The store has a lot of selection of products. The bathroom is always clean. The employees are always cleaning the surfaces. They have a cute car wash where the person guiding you in is nice and patient(even if you did almost drive off the tracks and hit them). They offer vacuums to take care of the inside of your car. I have not heard(through a neighborhood app) that there was fraud at the gas pumps. This is probably because I see the employees out and about around the gas pumps. I would give this gas station a 10!
