I had a large nail in my tire. My usual go-to place (Rhymes w/Tirestone) said can't fix, 4 Star Tire & Auto had it repaired/plugged in a matter of minutes and at a price I couldn't pass up (less than the cost of lunch).

Guy on phone very very rude. Called to get a price. He then searched and then never gave me a price told me to just come and look. He said not going to give me a price over phone that I had to come to him!!!!! With that kind of phone call and rudeness over phone. Would never ever go there if that was the last tire shop on the face of the earth!!!!!!

Went in with low tire, brought our own replacement tire. In 15 minutes, they mounted, balanced & swapped the tires. Staff is great! Prices are very reasonable. Highly recommend!

I’ve came to this person at least three times and every time I have to come back because the job wasn’t done right the first time and then he charges again . This is the last time I come back.. the first time I had an OK experience so I came back again for a second time. The second time I came he put the tire loose he didn’t tighten The tire on my vehicle and it could’ve came out. Something Could’ve something happened a bad accident this time I went I told him I needed a used tire he mentioned He could just patch it up, but he didn’t even Patch it up right So I had to come back three days later because I noticed the air was still coming out of my tire so now he tried to charge me again after I just paid him a week ago , which is totaling up to almost $100 If that was the case, I would’ve just got a new tire From the beginning.

MY SON INLAW CAME TO GET HIS TIRE PUT ON THE CAR AND WENT TO PICK UP MY CHILD FOR DINNER, WHEN BEFU GETTING IN THE HIGHWAY 4 ON SAND CREEK RD THE TIRE CAME OFF AT 20-25 MILES IN THE MIDDLE IF THE STREET ,MY CHILD WAS DRINKING WATER OUT OF A LG IRON CANISTER AND SAID THE CAR DROP DOWN SLIDING DOWN THE STREET CARS STOP ,BLOW HORN AND HER BACK AND HEAD WAS HURTING FROM THE CAR ACCIDENT , SHE WAS VOMITING SO SCARED SHE THOUGHT SHE WAS GOING TO LOSE HER LIFE, DAYS LATER I KEPT GIVING HER TYLENOL AND ZOFRAN AND RUSHED HER TO THE HOSPITAL WHEN SHES NOT THREATENING A MISCARRIAGE BECAUSE OF THIS CAR ACCIDENT. I COULD HAVE LOSS MY CHILD UNBORN GRANDCHILD AND MY SON INLAW BECAUSE THE LUGS WAS NOT TIGHT ON THE TIRE THAT WAS NOT DONE SUCCESSFULLY/ CORRECTLY AT THIS SHOP. IVE SPOKE TO MRS. SUE THE BROTHER AND THE MAINTENANCE MAN WITH MY SON-IN-LAW AND DAUGHTER, AND I FELT THEY WOULD MAKE THINGS RIGHT AFTER BEING TOLD TO COME THERE AT 5:30 WHEN SUE THE OWENER GOT OF HER WORK. SUE SPOKE ABOUT EVERYTHING EXCEPT HOW TO MAKE THIS WRITE. I HAVE HOSPITAL/ER BILLS, PSYCHIATRIST BILL AND MY CHILD HAS BEEN MISSING WORK AND SCHOOL DUE TO THIS CAR LOT. I DO NOT ADVICE ANYONE TO GO HERE IF YOU DO GET A FOLLOW UP OR 2ND OPINION BEFORE YOU ALLOW THEM TO FIX ON YOUR VEHICLE.

Wouldn't recommend. Called for mount and balance and was told 70$ to mount two tires.... el caminos tire shop is 15-20$ depending on the size. Sadly they are closed Sundays so now I have to wait til Monday.. stay away business owner has a attitude

Just rude. I called for a tire that I needed immediately, but they didn’t have. He insisted on ordering it for me and it would take 2 days. I couldn’t wait, I needed one asap. I told him it was ok and thanked him. He just hung up in my face. No thank you. No goodbye. Just hung up. Now if I don’t luck up and get a tired immediately and will have to wait, I definitely wouldn’t call them back and give them my money.
