I’ve been looking for an independent Mercedes repair facility for my 2013 ML 350. I wasn’t impressed with the service from either of the local dealers. Fortunately I found East Bay Autohaus. Their prices are fair and they don’t try to sell you more than what you need. They patiently answered all my questions.

I recently had the displeasure of dealing with a company that epitomized everything a business should not be: rude, dishonest, and utterly lacking in customer service. From start to finish, my experience with this company was nothing short of a “balding” nightmare.First and foremost, the rudeness displayed by the company's staff “Tiffany and Ian L” was astounding. Every interaction, whether in person, over the phone, or via email, was marked by condescension, dismissiveness, and outright hostility. It was as if they viewed customers not as valuable individuals to be served, but as annoyances to be brushed aside.Adding insult to injury, the company was not only rude but also deceitful. They consistently lied and made excuses for their abysmal level of customer service. Whether it was failing to deliver on promises, providing inaccurate information, or blaming external factors for their own shortcomings, they seemed incapable of owning up to their mistakes.But perhaps the most infuriating aspect of all was the behavior of the business owner. A hot-headed individual with a short fuse, they reacted to any criticism or complaint with unchecked anger and aggression. Instead of addressing concerns in a professional and respectful manner, they resorted to intimidation tactics and verbal abuse.In conclusion, my experience with this company was nothing short of a nightmare. Their rude and dishonest behavior, coupled with the volatile temperament of the business owner, made for an utterly intolerable experience. I would strongly advise anyone considering doing business with this company to steer clear and find a more reputable and customer-friendly alternative.

Took my Mercedes for a check engine light diagnosis. Right from the beginning I was greeted professionally, offered coffee or a beverage of my choice (fridge was FILLED with Voss waters, sparkling or still, also sodas with natural sugar, and can you believe it….NO CORN SYRUP) It felt very upscale. They really make you feel like family from the moment you step inside the doors. They also have 24 hour security watching over multiple security cameras 24/7. To say I am impressed is an understatement. Make sure to look for the sweetest little shop dog named Bella. She is there with the manager daily! You will fall in love. If I could give 1000 stars I would. A big thank you again to the staff and technicians at EastBayAutohaus for making me feel at home!

I had an issue with the front end of my wife's ML 350. I have been a long time customer of East Bay Autohaus but I had taken this car to two other independent Mercedes repair shops to correct this issue (because they were closer to my home). They had my car for over a month trying to fix this problem. They kept "replacing parts" but they could not fix the problem. I went to East Bay Autohaus to visit Ian and Tiffany. They were very welcoming and professional. We went for a test drive together so they could listen to and feel my complaint. They went to work and the next afternoon I got a phone call that the car was fixed. I test drove the car and sure enough, it was fixed. No parts replaced, just good old fashioned old school mechanic work. I love this place! I will never stray again... I am a customer of East Bay Autohaus for life!

This had to be the best shop that I have ever taken any of my autos to in my 82 years of being around California. It had many accommodations for me the customer and the car was in good hands to. Pictures, tests that could be seen and understood. Everything was none to be current and they also gave me an estimate of the original battery, etc that will be going bad here pretty soon. They were great! I've been having a problem with my engine service light coming on. I had taken it in to my mechanic several times who would run diagnostics and replace something that came up but then after driving home the next day the engine light would be on again. With my mechanic overseas I decided to try Easy Bay AutoHaus who my mechanic used to work when in Oakley. They were wonderful! The diagnostic they ran showed another sensor that needed replacement. They replaced it but again the engine service light came on the next day. I called them and they took it the next day and found that the dealership had sold them a faulty part which they were able to have a replacement delivered the next day and had my car ready for me to pick early the next day. They were very accommodating in helping me and my husband with transportation given I was unable to drive due to surgery I had recently had. I will definitely use them again!

I’ve been taking my various Mercedes to Ian for several years now . He is the only mechanic I have found I. The last 20 years that I trust . His prices are excellent . I’ve never had to go back for a problem that was supposedly fixed. I know when they hand me the keys my car is good to go till the next service is due. Tiffany is fantastic and always accommodating. She does a wonderful job of keeping the office running. At top speed They do a wonderful job of letting you know exactly what to expect as far as cost so there are no surprises. . Great auto shop for my Mercedes. The C300 was overheating sometimes, but not all the time. So, I needed a diagnosis and repair. From start to finish, the team took care of me. Tiffany was great at guiding me through the steps and explaining what needs to be done. The technician, Joe, did great work diagnosing and repairing the car. He was patient with all of my questions. When things got really complicated, Ian (shop owner) was able to dig through his decades of Mercedes knowledge and solve the problem. Autohaus also stands by their 3 year warranty. When an adjacent issue occurred with the car after the repairs were made, they readily looked into it and repaired it. I was really impressed by the complete service at Autohaus.

Autohaus of Antioch does an amazing job both with customer service and with the quality of the work they do. I’ve been going to the Mercedes-Benz dealer for a long time, but it’s so great having a local business as great as Autohaus right here in Antioch.
