Very slow service!! I made an appointment for just an oil change, and they told me the wait time will be 1.5 hours. I waited 2.5 hours and they are still not done. The sad part of it all is that people who came after me were serviced before me. I recommend going to the concord location. Don’t waste your time here unless your willing to drop off your car.

Love this place...🥰 I own 2 Toypta, rav 4 and a Highlander. I’m here at the waiting room right now for my 2019 Highlander car maintenance check up. The service advisor SHANE COFER was very helpful and friendly great customer service with great friendly attitude also very informative , he kept me informed via text …… So far.... I will add more comment as soon as they finish up with the Highlander. It’s now 9am...waiting... final review coming up, Final result.... awesome 👏 awesome 😎 Never fails always great experience thank you SHANE COFER…great service as always. I highly recommend this place for all car services

My wife's fab was broken when she got home from having maintenance conducted on her car. I had no proof that it was broken by staff at the dealership. However, I returned the following day, showed the broken fab to the Service Manager, and was EXTREMELY pleased that he provided a fab that looked new to me, for FREE! JAN 2026 Returned for routine preventive maintenance. Oscar checked me in and Gary was the shuttle driver. Both did a fine job. My only disappointment was a 3% service fee for using a credit card but not accepting a check. Who carries that much cash?

Terrible service made me wait two hours for my car and told me they couldn’t do my service since my car was “too low”. My car is not slammed at all just lowered roughly 2 inches. Wasted my time and ruined my day.

Took my fiancés car in due to engine problems. Informed the person when I dropped the car off that the brakes also needed to be done due to it grinding and sounding like metal on metal. When I got a phone call to tell me about what was wrong with the engine I asked about the brakes they told me your brakes don’t need to be done. The front brakes are at 50% and the back brakes are at 80%… when I picked the car back up the brakes were still grinding. A couple days later I decided to take the brakes apart myself and sure enough the brake pad was pure metal….

I had an appointment at 9am and waited for someone to acknowledge I was even there. Then I waited over an hour for a ride home. Waited one month to hear about my warranty work to be finished. I have my car still needs the work done.

They probably flagged my review and it got deleted. I traded 2 of my cars for a Prius 2022 back in June 2023 (Biggest mistake). Richard Quader said he will take care of it. Now my balance from my previous lender went up because they never mentioned that the car I traded wouldn’t be “paid off”. Now I have to deal with it and it affects my credit score. Trust that this dealer will not disclose vital information to you. Especially if you trade in a car and if you still have a balance, they won’t fully pay the car and you’d have to take care of the balance.

I recently brought my vehicle in for a rattle type noise coming from the front driver side engine bay area. Michael the service advisor asked all the right questions which lead to a road test with their shop foreman George who confirmed the sound which was intermittent but noticeable. I expressed to both of them that I was more than happy to leave the vehicle for as long as they needed to figure out where the sound was coming from. The next day mid afternoon Michael informed me that the technician that got the vehicle, and the shop foreman confirmed the sound but were unable to determine where the sound was coming from. There was nothing else that they could do to track down the sound, and I was to monitor the sound until it becomes more consistent. A recommendation that was made was to replace my tires which had edge wear. (Keep in mind worn tires will not give you a rattle noise) Communication was great between myself and the service advisor, was just disappointed that after leaving the vehicle over night that they recommended me to replace tires and monitor for the rattle to be more consistent. Hoping that the concern is something minor, and not major in the long run. I will be reaching out to another Toyota dealership to see if they can track down the sound.

I brought my highlander to them with two engine codes: p0020 & p0022. I tried to fix the issue myself by doing an oil change and cleaning and checking the electrical current of the vvt solenoids. Even though the vvt solenoids were within specs they changed them because one was a bit loosed. They erased the codes, handed me a 900$ bill and sent me home. The codes came back the next day and took it back to them. This time they said they were going to check under the valve cover . They called to tell me they thought the problem was with the timing phasers and in order to fix the problem they would need to drop the engine and everything would cost me 10k!!! I said no and went to pickup my car but they still charged me 390$. I walked out of there with a $1,300 bill and to engine codes!! These guys were just guessing and throwing parts in it. According to them, they were just following their manual. 🤬

This places is still very disappointing 😞. It's like taking back a past relationship and hoping this time it will go better. I keep reminding myself don't do this to yourself it's just not worth it! They treat people like cattle. They take forever just to do a basic oil change 🙄. They try and charge double just to rotate tires and do basic safety inspection. APPARENTLY they don't care if their cars are safe on the road or basic preventative maintenance. They will take a hand held mirror 🪞 to look at a distance at one's brakes, fluid levels unless you buy a overpriced oil change package. Where did this brand go so south. We as customers must have allowed this slippage to happen. Looking for better service out there. Hope to find it. This Toyota brand seems to have cancer spread throughout their brand and servicedepartments. Sad.

The service was good. I deducted 1 star because they took forever to find my keys and I waited a while in the hot sun for my car. Other than that, Marco was great! Watch out for the temptresses of Wiakiki at the cashier window. They are amazingly gorgeous ladies. J/k! Great service!

Supper upset and disappointed, was given a price to fix a couple things was told the price of the parts( including labor ) but i was Never mentioned that labor was that much until i got my reciept and seen it was only 200 for parts and $800 in labor. NEVER DOING THIS AGAIN let this be a lesson learned. I Asked her CLEAR questions and she practically lied stating the price of the parts were that much but in reality it was that much because of labor.

I had an appointment Tuesday Aug 12th at 1:15 for my Highlander to change spark plugs, the employee told me more than $1300, however other branch’s of Toyota not more than $450. I took my car and left.

I went in for an oil change and asked them to check out a noise I had been hearing most recently. I was able to have someone drive my vehicle, and shortly after, they diagnosed the issue and created a plan to fix it. Brian, who helped me, was extremely communicative and helpful, explaining every step while they had my vehicle for a few days. My husband and I were extremely impressed with our overall experience. They truly have a well-oiled machine running there. Thank you, Brian, for all your help and kindness.
