I came before I had to do a big drive because part of my skid plate came undone. The mechanics at Firestone saw me very quickly, zip-tied my skid plate up, and I was out in a little under 20 mins. They were AMAZING!

Thoroughly disappointed in my experience. I walked in to an empty store and waited for 5 minutes before anyone acknowledged me. The person to acknowledge me, with a head nod, was working on a car nearest the window separating the lobby and the garage. 5 minutes later he nodded again. Still didn’t get anyone to help me. 5 minutes after that, he walked over to a desk by the window to answer a phone call. Looking at me for a 3rd time, he put the call on hold and walked back to the car he was working on. Giving up I walked out. The guy watched me get in my car and drive away making no attempt to assist. Bummed because I really needed work done on my car.

If you ever have to use Firestone for anything let me encourage you to use the team at 3214 Delta Fair in Antioch California not only are they professional courteous but they have excellent critical thinking skills and they take care of their clients like they are family. I don't have enough space in this post to tell you, how much I appreciate them from the intake coordinator to the mechanics to the inspection after the service to picking up my car.I can't in good conscience take my car anywhere else to have it serviced by any other team. Firestone in Antioch is above and beyond excellent service.

First off, I highly recommend getting a lifetime alignment deal if you intend to have your vehicle for a long time. It pays for itself after a few visits. With arranged appointment, I was taken care of in a timely manner and Jose clarified results before I left. Never have had a problem at this location so I'd recommend them.

I have been trying for 38 days to have an issue resolved with no luck and NEVER A CALL BACK FROM THE STORE MANAGER. I am not plussed at all. I sent a good customer in for service to store 015504 in Antioch Ca. and the repair was good, however, you guys charge me tax on invoice 222215 after I sent my seller permit with business license. The store manager never once called me back nor I believe did he intend to follow through with resolving the issue. I expect a call from the accounting department next week with a resolution or a no with a valid explanation.
