Ive been coming here over 10 years to get services on my Mercedes GLE 350. All I can tell you is the quality service I get from here is 100%. Sam and Joe are very on point, including the rest of the staff. Great customer service and very professional. In summary this is my recommendation if you are looking for a good mechanic shop.

Excellent service and pricing is fair. I normally would go to Jiffy Lube for oil changes but decided to take a chance at 360. Pricing was cheaper than Jiffy Lube and I felt comfortable taking my Infiniti here. Will definitely get future oil changes done here. Went at 8:30am and was out of there in 32 minutes.

I brought my Honda into 360 auto today to get an oil change and tire rotation. I was also given a grocery list of things that I was told by a Honda dealer that I needed for service and I was estimated about $1700 worth. I showed them this list at 360 and they were honest and told me I didn't necessarily need all these things. This is why I will alway's bring my vehicle back to them. Alway's honest and they do great work! Thank you guys at 360 Auto Repair!!!

This is my first time rating any company openly like this. This shop is one of the amazing kind. it's not just mechanic shop. I will rate it five because they are the best once that you know that, you may not know about cars, but they will not steal or ripe you off yr money. I have taken my car to them several times for abt 10yr now, they haven't given me any reason to think they will do me wrong. 2 days ago the did my oil change and l realized after that I had left my wallet hm. What they did was amazing and even when l went back the following the to pay them. I can't say it all but l pray for God himself to bless them on my behalf. You will stay in business for ever if you continue to treat people like human beings no matter what and who they are. God bless you again and again.

I have lived in Antioch 10 years. The care and attention that Sam and Joe put into the work they do isn’t just a service. You feel like family. I stopped by today for my last oil change here since I’m moving way out of area. Thankfully I did! There was an issue that could have turned serious if I had not decided to come say farewell. I will miss this type of care. As long as my mom has her doctor in the area I will schedule my appointments around that too! They ARE worth it!

I had a great experience with 360 Auto Repair. We had been going to them for a couple of years for our cars oil changes and always received great and fast service. This time was an issue with our car breaking down at the time I really need a working car. The owners were incredibly generous and accommodating, they made the process easy from start to finish, explained what was wrong with my vehicle and what needed to be done. The service was completed quickly, and the owner offered very fair pricing for the repairs. I am humbled of how genuine and professional they were and very appreciative of their helpfulness. The Best Mechanic Shop I’ve ever been too! They fixed a 5 year plus problem that my car had! I took it all around the shops in the 925 area!!! They are very honest!!! And the work is A1 Quality!!!! Won’t be disappointed!!! I promise you guys! And the oil change is the best! They’re quick and efficient!!! And use the best oil for your engine! Unlike other places like jiffy lube and etc….
