I got rear ended & I took my car here. regarding the work, they did a real good job. you can barely tell that there was a repair done (note: you can never have your car look like you just got it from the dealership. once someone hits your car & causes damage that requires exterior parts replaced, that's it. So, work on the car was very good. 2nd important thing is everything worked in my car, I did not have to return it for more work. they texted me every time there was an update which was helpful for me (damage parts removed, ordered parts, parts arrived etc....). Also, the gentlemen that was handling my case was very informative. overall, I'm very happy with their service & I will come back here if I need to. For the record, I drive a lot & I have been rear ended 3Xs & sideswiped twice & one time was my car totaled in the past 6 years. I have had the best experience at Caliber Collision when it comes to service, knowledge & work in my opinion & I do recommend this place.

The employees were very nice & helpful. The repair was great & the metallic black paint matches perfectly. They even vacuumed out the truck that was a mess & wiped the interior down. My vehicle was repaired & returned to me better than I left it. No complaints .

My car was brought here on 2/19 after someone attempted to steal my Kia Forte the day prior. I was stressed out as this had been my first time dealing with a situation like this and I annoyingly (my words, not theirs) called daily to get a status update as I have no other car and couldn’t get a rental. They were clear and concise about what needed to be done each day. I came in today (2/27) after discussing with Brandon that my car itself was repaired, we were just waiting to get the window tinted but if need be I could take it home today and get it tinted in the morning. But while we were taking in the back the manager Bruno (?) had came up and offered to get it tinted for me and drop it off that night, and he did! Thank you so much to everyone who worked on my car to make sure this experience didn’t last too long. I appreciate everyone’s efforts so much!

I NEVER leave reviews unless I’m angry. This place is amazing. They made my brand new truck, brand new again. I can’t thank these guys enough. They even touched up a few extra spots I had as a kind gesture, so they actually made my truck better than before.
