This place is horrible, I had my car towed there just to have this tow company steal more than half of my stuff out of my car, from my subwoofer, down to my kids christmas gifts. I paid them $375.00 to get my car out just to find my belongings were gone!.

The temples truck with the license plate 13756z2. Have stole property and won’t give it back they’ve been caught and still refuses I don’t not recommend this place if you want your stuff to some up missing…he even texted saying he has the stuff and still won’t give back

Towed my husband's stolen car. We immediately picked it up. Charged almost $500 and made us wait half an hour -- though they were told in advance we were coming from the Bay -- for someone to have lunch. Dishonest with exorbitant fees

I'm certain this company has a grift going against me. I sold my truck to Pena Autos for $100, a few weeks later I'm contacted by Templar's Auto saying they want my to pay for towing and storage. I call them up and they tell me I need to email them the Release of Liability for the truck to prove I'm no longer the owner, and they'll remove the Lien. I emailed the form. Now it's may and I have a letter in front of me from Lien Enforcement, Inc stating I owe them $3000+ for the truck that I already proved was no longer mine. I'm pretty sure companies sell the debt for %10 of the debt, right? so they'd make $300 from a collection company on a $3000 ghost debt they knew I didn't owe... sheisty AF....

🤦🏽♀️ Haven't even been able to talk to these people because the have false advertisement (times) on the website clearly. Everytime, I try to call (in the morning) to get information about my car.... They aren't even open. They are already off to a bad start with me. And seeing what I've seen about prior reviews, I am completely scared about my stuff being left in my car. In which, I am trying to get information about. Smh.

They rip off victims of car theft 😔. They force you to pay 205$ for towing and 80$ per day storage to release your stolen car. I asked how much it would cost to have my car towed for a similar distance and they said 100$. But if the tow is initiated by the police 205$. It is just sad how victims of car theft are treated, very lucrative business. Shame on you and shame on Antioch police for hiring a tow that costs 2 times more than the fair price.

Don’t take your car here. Horrible place…. They’ll send your car to the junkyard way before you picking it up, without even telling you, even though you told them you would come pick it up that day. Plus they haven’t seen an outrageous fees. The old lady representative is also not helpful at all. She should be fired. They are also not punctual so if they tell you that the shop opens at 9 AM probably won’t be open till 10 AM, so be prepared for tardiness and unprofessionalism.

This isn’t your normal everyday review, because what in the heck is wrong with you guys!!! I had my car there for 2 weeks because I was out of town to get the funds to get it, since their rates are absolutely ridiculous. I then call them saying i’m ready to come get my car and my belongings, and the old lady says “Alright, we’ll be here at 9am” I show up at 9am, doors locked, and then the guy next door says call them. I call them, they said they won’t be there till 10:30am. Why even tell me you’ll be there at 9am then? So pointless and a waste of time… But wait there’s more…they pull up at 10:30am and I go and ready to get my car and belongings, *them struggling to find my documents* and proceed to tell me “oh actually your car was taken to Stockton Junkyard a week ago”’ ARE YOU KIDDING ME? You should all be ashamed of yourself!! Especially that old lady at the front desk….I wish I can give y’all negative stars. Your business needs to be shutdown JUST because of this.. not okay
