This place is super legit. I was recommended another shop but my mom was adamant about coming here and I'm grateful we did. Straight RIP OFF my wife came in for to get her bent rim repaired, he charged her $200 and by the time she made it home tire was on flat. I called and was told no warranty and nothing he can do….. DO NOT GO HERE AT ALL

I had a cracked rim. I spent the entire morning calling and driving around to places to get it fixed. One of those places referred me to the Auto Center Tire Shop. I was very leery because I had been to many places that morning that couldn’t help me. The guys at the Auto Center Tire Shop were amazing! ⭐ 1 Star (If I could give zero, I would) Auto Center Tire Shop — Worst customer service experience ever I called ahead to ask how much they charge to install and balance 4 new tires that I already had. The man in the picture told me $25 per tire including everything. When I arrived, he suddenly demanded an extra $20 to take my old tires. I told him I didn’t need disposal because someone else wanted them, so I’d just keep them in my trunk. From that moment, his attitude completely changed. When I went inside to pay, he was clearly irritated and told me I had to pay cash “because they pay taxes.” I said I didn’t have cash and would pay by card. Then he said he’d charge me extra for using a card — something he never mentioned on the phone. When I asked why he hadn’t been upfront about that policy, his answer was, “It’s our business, we can do whatever we want.” When I offered to go to an ATM to get cash, he actually told me, “No, you can’t leave the shop.” Completely unprofessional and unacceptable behavior. In the end, he reluctantly agreed to take $100 total, then told me never to come back. I was honestly shocked by how rude and disrespectful he was throughout the entire interaction. To make things worse, he even asked me where I’m from because I have an accent — which is completely inappropriate and none of his business. Meanwhile, most of his own employees could barely speak English, and loud Urdu music was blasting through the shop, making it feel chaotic and unwelcoming. This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had with any auto or tire shop. I strongly recommend avoiding this place at all costs — there are plenty of honest, professional tire shops nearby that actually treat customers with respect.

This shop holds workers that are dedicated to their work! They are efficient, timely and know what they are doing! These workers do their jobs well and are absolutely professionals! I have been coming here for years and they have reasonable prices! They are always willing to work with you and negotiate! I know people who also come here a lot but they mainly work on tires! If you have a flat or you need a good tune up, I highly recommend Auto Center Tire Shop. I believe you will not be disappointed!
