I have NEVER had such a horrible experience in my life! Do yourself a favor and stay far, FAR away from Rob Groves—he is a complete SCAMMER. We trusted him with our RV’s generator, and what did he do? He strung us along for TWO MONTHS, never fixed a single thing, and then had the audacity to just dump our RV out on the STREET like it was garbage! Who does that?! This man has no integrity, no professionalism, and no respect for people’s property. Mobile RV Pros should be ashamed to have someone like him connected to their name. They don’t care about their customers—they only take your money and give you lies and excuses. I will NEVER, ever use Mobile RV Pros again. If you value your time, your money, and your sanity—STAY AWAY!

I had a RV trip planned and on the day we were supposed to leave, one of my RV levelers would not retract and was stuck in a down position. I started calling mobile rv repair services to see if anyone can come out and help me. Rob from RV Pro’s called me back almost immediately. He did not have an immediate opening but he told me he was going to see if he could change an appointment he had and would call me back. Within 10 minutes he called me back and said he could be there in about an hour. When Rob got to my home he was quick to diagnose the problem and was able to manually raise the stuck leveler so that we can still go on our trip as planned. Rob saved the day for us. I was very pleased with his service and will definitely use RV Pro’s again when needed. Thanks Rob.

I had a very complicated problem with a leaking, large inline (installed in my travel trailer - not easily removable) propane tank. This project involved coordinating with the original installer, carefully removing the tank and repairing it and reinstalling it exactly as it was. It took many days and the RV Pros team - Nattie, Jesse, Cam and Rob were on top of it all the way. The had every reason to become frustrated with the challenges of getting info from the installer, yet persisted to meet my deadline to leave NORCAL. They kept me informed and did a fantastic job. Shout out to Jesse who had to run the tank to 2.5 hours to San Jose and back for a test and to Jesse and Cam who spent yesterday doing a flawless reinstallation that involved re-riveting a compartment and installing the heavy tank in a small space. Jesse's ability to learn and keep the customer informed is excellent for a guy so young. Bright future.

On June 26, 2025, we contacted Mobile RV Pros to repair our RV’s generator and air conditioner. We spoke with Rob Grove, who represented himself as a Mobile RV Pros mechanic. We delivered our RV to their facility, received a written estimate, and accepted it. Rob stated he began repairs. Throughout July and into August, Rob did not provide a completion date and repeatedly postponed our inspections with various excuses. We escalated the issue to the company’s owner, Jonathan, who said he would locate Rob. As of August 27, 2025, Jonathan reports he cannot locate Rob or our RV, and our RV is no longer at the facility. We demanded an inspection of our RV within 24–72 hours. Jonathan has not provided the RV’s current location or condition. We are seeking immediate assistance and remedies for Mobile RV Pros’ failure to safeguard our RV and to perform the agreed repairs. We believe that Mobile RV Pros violated the Consumer Legal Remedies Act (CLRA) and California Civil Code §3068. Then Rob messaged us that he dropped the rig off somewhere in Oakley street. We filed a report against Rob!

An unwanted wake up call with a loud noise and rushing water in the bedroom early in the morning, but I could shut off the water right away thank God. Following the good rule of getting 3 estimates, the first one never texted back, the second was closed on Saturday, and much to my amazement Mobile RV Pros not only answered right away, but had an appointment for that same day to come out, and a reasonable estimate. Their technician Rob quickly diagnosed the problem which was a broken valve and despite having to visit 3 stores finally found the right part (one would expect better stock from a Big Box store) and stayed late to install the new valve. He also fixed a few small things on the water heater at no extra charge. Reliable, responsible, and a thorough pro. Thank you.

I just had Mobile RV Pros perform their first repair on my RoadTrek SS Agile, and what I great experience I had! They replaced my RV-side water pump on less than 2 days notice, and all is now working great. Everyone I spoke with there was polite, knowledgeable and quick to understand my problem. The tech, Cameron, came on time, fully prepared, with all parts and tools, and after watching him for just a few minutes I could tell he was very skilled in multiple trades. He handled plumbing, electrical and some carpentry with skill and finished the job quickly and neatly, and now my water pump works once again. I thought their pricing was fair (not greedy like the big RV shops). I will email Mobile RV Pros for my next repair without hesitation.

We called Mobile RV Pros in Antioch the day after Thanksgiving 2025 after a referral from the Sugar Barge RV Park on Bethel Island (Sacramento/Antioch Delta area). We had a leaking dual propane regulator for our two 20 lb propane tanks on our Escape 23 fiberglass trailer (see photo below) which neutered our trailer's ability to cook or heat! Robert responded after our emergency call and made it out to us even though it was well after working hours and dark - he replaced the regulator, made sure everything was reconnected and working OK and then tested for leaks. He was very communicative on his progress in getting to our site, quite skilled at what he does and friendly to work with. His rates for an emergency call were reasonable and I would highly recommend him and Mobile RV Pros for anyone camping in the greater Bay Area, especially East Bay. He would appreciate your texting any photos that illustrate your RV problem - helps greatly for him to show up with the right part(s)!
