I have always passed by this establishment, however I have never utilized the services until today. Stating Iām am happy is an understatement Iām very impressed with the hospitality that was provided, the fast pace work environment on top of the overall quality of work performed was top tier. Each person played a part perfectly- Ron changed my breaks and rotors, Josh switched out my spark plugs, Jesus cleaned the windows inside and out on top of vacuuming the rugs and cleaning the mats that service by itself caught me by surprise. AJ changed my break fluid, and the owner himself Bobby reviewed all services rendered making sure everything was done properly. Iāve already recommended the company to my friends, and I definitely will be returning for any follow ups or any new services needed to keep my family safe on the road. Just an FYI no CASH accepted and the restroom smelled fresh. Thanks Grease Monkey for the quick turnaround on services completed today!

I was driving through the area and had a car concern and dropped in on Grease Monkey to have them check it out. Bobby and Josh spent an hour and half going over my car and ultimately gave it a clean bill of health. Aside from being kind, professional, and thorough, they didn't even charge me! Because we have family up here, I imagine we'll be dropping in on them a again!

Bobby and his team provided exceptional customer service! He was very personable and transparent, and made sure that I fully understood the repairs needed for my car to not only function well, but to be safe to drive with my family. He even invited me to be in the car as part of the test drive so I knew that the car was fully repaired! Also, due to the major repair, he gave me a discount so I wouldn't break the bank! The value he provides in both preventative maintenance and fixing issues is second to none, let alone the free coffee and water he always provides :) I highly recommend his service to anyone! I've been going to this establishment for some years now, and I appreciate the service they provide, not only are they knowledgeable, but they are reputable and in today's time that's hard to find. I don't just go for the oil change, I have had other work done also; and each time the work performed was excellent. The owner as well as his staff has always been very kind and respectful and I am grateful for that. I recently let the owner know he's my mechanic, so he has to stay put (smile) So if you are looking for a place you can receive great work and excellent service. This is the place for you.

Confirm your price before the service. If you donāt confirm the total price before the service they will overcharge you stating different reasons like up-charge for synthetic service, taxes etc. so confirm your total before the service before you get overcharged. As you can see on the photo attached what is $66.59 taxable and what is $67.40 non-taxable charge!!!! Synthetic oil charge is where they rip you off. If you donāt confirm in the beginning they will charge you the most expensive one. On my very first visit they charge me $35 and later on they charge me $55.

I got my oil changed here yesterday. They were fast, professional and very informative. They did a good job on my car. I did have an issue with the final price reflecting what I was originally quoted, I think it was a miscommunication between the owner and his employee. I shared my concerns with owner and he immediately adjusted the price to what was originally quoted. They were fair and very honest. I definitely would return here.
