Showed up to get a quote and Noone was around. The door was open and music was on but Noone was around. After yelling for someone to come out Noone ever came out. I called and no answer. I was about to leave and they called me back saying hel be right out but after I waited 15minutes Noone showed up so I left.

Waste my time they told that he cn fix my car for the price that he want also he said it will done at same week after we talk then they take my car after a week they told me my car is done when i went there my car is a mess his son said his gonna fix again its been 3 weeks he just park my car in the street then his gonna call me he doesn’t wanna do my car anymore then ask me to pick up my car its so annoying pls dont go here there not professionals to run the business i wait 3 weeks and my car was park in the street near on his shop for 3 weeks then he doesn’t wanna do my car any more its crazy experience

Took my car into them after I was T-bone on Father's Day sad part about it is I actually knew them so I was stunned when they kept my car for an entire month put me in what they said was a loner Car told me it was legit I ended up getting pulled over in it and I had to pay over a $300 ticket because it was not insured or registered and was in some random person's name. The first time I got my car back it was completely trashed I left in tears I had to pay almost $100 for it to be detailed they even threw car parts of other peoples vehicles in the car. I had to bring my car back two other times after that the paint job was horrific his son then tried to extort $600 from me after being paid because I asked if he would buff the rest of my car since he only buffed my hood even though he was paid for by my insurance but yet told me I would have to pay him cash 600 if I wanted the rest done . When I got my car back the third time his son gave it back to me in a shopping center with no gas in it and his girlfriend in the passenger seat it was evident he had worked on my car at all as all the lights then turned on Lights that weren't on even before. I had my sons dad look at the vehicle and the whole brake system was never done he never replaced it brought to his attention he had the nerve to tell me my son dad could diagnose it and just let him know what needs to be done. Can you believe these people? They had no problem cashing the $7000 check though. I finally stopped going to them after that as I did not even feel safe. My bumper in the front is still falling on halfway since they never replace the clip they never gave me my hubcaps back and even took some off of tires that had nothing to do with anything But yet got paid for new hubcaps on my claim. They never replaced my door correctly so there is a huge gap between The front in the back my car flooded twice during the winter because rain gets and I had to literally scrub and mold off of the carpet and throw away my car mats. My car has had numerous issues since and I have tried resolving them numerous times and I just continue to get gaslit. After my conversation with them today they told me they aren't mechanics and that they did no mechanical work and didn't want my car not totaled? A complete loss of words with these people they will not take any accountability. Please do not bring your car to these people you be very sorry you did it is not even safe as it's clear they aren't actual mechanics and they only want to take your insurance money

I always try to support small businesses whenever I can, so when we needed body work done we looked to local shops. We were quite impressed with Juanito’s. Juan and his son Daniel did an excellent job on our car. Their pricing was reasonable and their finished product excellent. Both Juan and Daniel were great to work and made the whole process simple.

I would like to Start off on how our car turned out AMAZING AMAZING 😻 🤩!!!! I been Knowing Daniel and Juanito for years now. They are the best Auto body shop in the BAY AREA they always treat me and mom like family I’m so thankful to have Daniel as my body guy he’s the best !!!!!!! I called him worried about my mother’s Jaguar being hit with bad quarter panel damage and bumper. Called Daniel and said he say no more come drop off the car and he had it done in 2 days 🤩🤩🤩🤩 He’s very knowledgeable about all Auto body and repairs needed to get your car looking like brand new again.
