I went for a side post battery they said they had one made me wait and did not have it in stock. So i had to call AAA to come give me a side post battery because my car battery died right in front the place. So to put it all in one they sucked i had a horrible experience and will not be back.....auto zone here i come

The employee are wanna be mechanics with poor customer service. They are stubborn and quick to start an argument. The tools tool they let you use for basic repairs are mostly missing. The ones that are there are dirty and sticky.

Called in for a part on 8/31 and told me it'd be there at 430pm, never showed. The employee told me then that it'd be there the next day in the morning 9/1 and they would call. It's Friday 9/2 and I'm still waiting on that call!! Guess I won't rely on this o'Reilly's for anything!👎

Just buying oil and window wash but found out the customer service here was superior. While my husband and I had put the oil in our minivan (front of the store) we lost the oil cap. We spent time ourselves looking for it on the ground and in the engine and could not find it. Out comes the Manager (Frank) and finds it.Asked for no tip and just smiled and shook hands.

Great staff, good prices, but I would double check with autozone or other car businesses as well. Because I have found cheaper deals elsewhere but this place has also been the cheapest for other deals. Like I said staff is always great, their parking lot is small and shared with a auto shop so parking can not be so good sometimes. Other than that. Love this locstion and the store.

We were actually at the Chinese Rice Bowl store next door. We were ordering a few items and one of our party has stomach sensitivities and takes Rx for it and is vegetarian. She asked for sauted Green Beans and was told "NO." Asked again and was told NO because they won't taste good. The vegetarian was told they could saute them with a white garlic sauce that had chicken stock. We left with no food.

This place is sooo bad. First of all they hire little kids that don’t know nothing. I went to get a headlite for my car. They sold me the wrong one I went back and they exchange it for another one. They said it was the last one and it was open but I trusted them that it was the right one. So the kid didn’t want to do exchange or I don’t know but he just said ok here forget about the difference because the one I wanted was more than the previous one. I get home and the lite bulb was use already someone had put the used one in the package that’s why it was open. So I go back and his telling me that I must of put the use one there just to get a new one WHAT!!!! Ridiculous I just want my headlite fix and now I need to pay double because of stupid little kids. Don’t know how to interact with customers (ANTHONY). Bad bad service.

Came in this morning needing some brake fluid and some battery cleaner. Now me being me I know Jack about cars. So Joseph was incredibly helpful. He helped me get the brake fluid and helped me get it in because I had no idea where it’s supposed to go. He then helped me with the battery cleaner and protector and made it super easy for me to get my Sunday morning started off right! I will continue to come here as long as Joseph’s here working. So helpful friendly and professional! Keep up the good work! I know your mom is proud of you!
