My oil and engine start coming on. I park my car had it towed to Antioch auto diagnostics. Recommended by AAA. I was told there was no oil they put in filters camshaft oil and spark plugs. They said the car was ready and they drove the car for 10 miles they said it was working to come pick it up. I drove the car home for 10 minutes and had to turn around it sounded like a bowling ball clank and shaking rattling and they diagnosed it again. Call me and said oops you didn't dodge the bullet you'll need an engine and the cheapest we could get would probably be $8,000 used ,and sometimes with the first diagnosed we don't see it because it could occur within the engine but they're called Auto diagnosis so I'm out of the money for the repairs . That never were really there ,and have a broke car sitting in front of my house . And out of my money 🤔 I feel like I was cheated. The car is in worser condition than when I brought it in

Had some work done on my Durango and was given different quotes on the work that needed to be done with the cost totaling five thousand dollars plus each time I received the call I side to fix it never was there a conversation about either or I just said fix it in yet there's a issue with my oil pan and filter that I feel like they should have fixed because it was said it was needed but now after fifty five hundred dollars I still need to spend another 1300 getting fixed what should have been fixed in the first place.... I won't lie and say that the work wasn't good but I'm no fool either.

Great customer service. Keeps you informed of any new changes or findings in real time. The work has been great. Had an issue with my car brought it in and the work was completed in a timely manner and have gone back for my 100k mile service recently and will continue to get my services done at the shop. this what i notice after they fix my check engine light yeah the check engine light is fix but my head gasket is leaking now i know they pull out the head engine couz it has a color black sealed for a valve gasket i dont know what im gonna react for this one if im gonna call again or fix this by my own and i notice my car has a leaking it because when i try to check the stick for the oil measurement the car has no oil and i now im trying where the oil goo now i see the sealed is leaking and you know guys what i feel right now im disappointed it because of the leak of the car i know my car has no leak when i bring to the shop i swesr that my car has no leaking oil and i see a bolts in the engine too i dont know where is it from i can show a proofs of it im not saying this to make the shop bad just i say the truth and what they do on my car i know you guys you did good but i dont know what to say,only im gonna say is im disappointed thats it. And i i know this valve cover washer the small circle is in the bottom and the bigger circle is in the top now look at this my valve cover washer it has a crack and the placement is incorrect omgggggggggg and im thinking about my spark plug are all new i only use that spark for only 4 days before i drop my car to this shop and they replace it with a new spark plug again i dont think a bad on this shop its me think of it everyday why my new spark plug replace it with new spark plug and is was only one spark and the rest they never change it i thought my car is safe and its gonna be good couz it has high good rating but its turn to a disappointment

My check engine light came so, I stopped by and Charlie (a real great guy), took it in right away. They quickly diagnosed the the issue, which was a few things, nothing to bad. Anyway, they fixed everything by the next morning, did a great job, and prices are always good. I'm really glad to have found the great guys and gals at Auto Diagnostic

Went in for an oil change and battery and discovered that my rear brakes were almost gone. They always make a thorough once over to make sure everything is how it should be. Antioch Diagnostic &Repair, is the only repair shop that i would take my car to get any work done on. I've been coming here for 4 years and every time they do not disappoint. I've had my full service on my cooling system, my catalytic converter and just recently my rear shocks. I was greeted with and warm welcome by their receptionist, her name was Lanae. She was very knowledgeable, about all of the services the auto shop offered. Our 2003 Toyota tundra had major engine repairs needed and our shocks were in bad shape Steering was rough too Charlie got it repaired and our truck rides and drives like new again! Monday morning my brakes went out as I was trying to take my child to school. It was a horrifying experience to avoid entering into traffic on Contra Loma and avoid a car that was stopped at a stop sign. I had to glide to the right and thankfully came to a stop at the corner avoiding the intersection. I checked out my son and called him an uber to get to school on time. I then called AAA and they recommended this repair shop. I thought clearly and this is a great job.And whatever else needed to be repaired and it was going to cost me an arm and a leg. they were so friendly and nice. it turned out to be a leak in my break fluid line. They sealed it, tested it, and flushed the system. they did not charge me for labor because they said the part was easy access. i added in windshield wiper blades and an air filter. For something I thought was going to cost me at least $2,000, all told it only cost me $304.26! and they let me know about a recall that the manufacturer did not send my way. They actually printed it out to give me the information for my records. This is a great shop and they were extremely busy, but they got me in and out in one day. Thank you!

Suspension replaced on rear of 2006 Subaru Outback, two new struts/shocks in front and alignment on this all wheel drive vehicle. All work completed, but vehicle still pulling to right. Had it rechecked, still pulling to the right. And then replaced all four tires and still pulling, but less, to the right. Returned for recheck. Charlie staff were completely booked after trying three times to have the third recheck. Was sent to a Tire-Alignment shop down the street. ADR picked up the bill. Thank you. Car is aligned.
