A big thank you to four-wheel-drive parts for their great customer service and warranty work. Me and my family we’re traveling from Texas l was starting to hear a clicking noise from the front end of by 2024 Chevy Silverado trail boss that I had a leveling kit put on in Texas. As the noise started to get worse, it became concerning for the journey home. Brian and Brian got the truck in looked at and repaired within two hours(just minor tightening up) I would definitely recommend them AAA+

Best employees ever! David really went above and beyond to keep me in the loop and get things done. All the other guys were very helpful, kind and made sure I was happy with my Gladiator. I never felt out of place or ignored. It’s great to find a 4c4 shop that has such a great energy and employees actually look happy. I will definitely be recommending 4 Wheel Parts to my friends and anyone I come across looking for great service for their Jeep or 4x4!! Thanks guys!

Well this place is OK, would I go back or recommend?NO!. Jay and Luis had great customer service helpful and actually explained parts to me and had a great attitude. Why I wouldn’t go back?. The took all day just to install a certain part they called me right before they closed literally. As much as I wanted to deal with Luis or jay they we were always busy (not there fault) so I dealt with Tim. His customer service is not the best and I would recommend some people skills training or just have a better attitude. The overall atmosphere of the place is blah.... I didn’t spend millions there but hey I spent some money.

Driving an off-road vehicle for style could make an owner ask more novice questions. I was pricing a part for an older model off-road vehicle (Jeep JK). In an effort to make sure the right part was to be ordered, I asked the associate if he would look at the car. He immediately said no. I then asked for a replacement part I knew about. He provided one of the most expensive as a selection. I did not feel comfortable with the customer service. I view that type of servicing as a possible indicator, the service offering is a niche where competition is limited.

After dealing with death wobble on my WJ Jeep for about 1.5 years, and taking the vehicle to 3 prior shops, with no end result...I must give some serious praise to the 4WP West Covina shop. Brian did a heck of a job explaining everything wrong with the vehicle, and what they could offer as a solution. Junior took charge in making the repairs, and would not release the WJ until it was near 100% fixed. For that, I am truly grateful to both of them and anyone else that may have helped fix the WJ, because I had been taken advantage by 3 previous shops, which ended up costing $1000s in repairs that were not needed. Thank You Brian, Junior, and the whole 4WP team. You guys are above incredible, and I can't begin to express my gratitude.

The best shop. Was shopping for wheels and Brian V helped find exactly what I wanted at a price point better than expected. The finished look was everything I was hoping for and more. Great selection and even better service. 4WP in West Covina will be the first place I shop to outfit my 6G Bronco.

I normally don’t do reviews, but I felt it’s time. Couple years back I had some wheels and tires installed in my truck, with tire pressure sensors preinstalled, and they were unable to activate them. I had to bring back my truck the following week because the balancing on the tires were not right, too much vibration. I thought maybe because the rims were offset a little that could be the cause of some of the vibration. I went to America’s tires to see if they can set up my tire pressure sensors, and they did at no charge. So I thought I’d have them check out the wheel balance and they were able to take care of that also. To add to my frustration with these guys, last year I had new struts and shocks installed, and I was told by the technician that they could not get my right Tie rod loose and that it would need to be replaced enable to loosen it. He told me that he was able to do the alignment with the left side only and said everything was good to go. Seeing that this is an off-road vehicle company. I took his word for it. Now a year later, The front end on the right side of my truck started making some rumbling noises so I took it to my mechanic thinking it might be a wheel bearing, he told me that the tires were cupped on the right side and that I probably need an alignment. I brought it into another shop and with a little bit of hard work, they were able to loosen my tie rod and get the alignment right. I don’t understand what’s going on with this place but needless to say I won’t be returning there.

Such a relief working with these guys, I struggled with a truck that had oversized tires sold to me from a ruthless dealer. Three years later finally got my truck fixed and lifted with the appropriate size tires and lift kit. As soon as I walked up and seen my truck, nothing but gratefulness and appeasing beauty from this 4 x 4 off-road dealership. These guys rock I can’t say thank you enough check out the photo of my new lifted truck .

Unfortunately had some parts come loose and get lost on my Bakflip MX4 bed cover. Stop by and was helped by Luis and Robert at the front desk. They were quick and efficient was in and out in a matter of minutes. For the parts they didn’t have on hand they gave me the thread size so I could get some bolts from the hardware store while I order original parts from the manufacturer. Very Happy with the customer service. Definitely recommend you stop by for you off road parts.

Here’s a review based on your experie I recently had 4 Wheel Parts install a Retrax bed cover on my one week old GMC 2500 truck, and the experience has been far from ideal. When I picked up my vehicle, I noticed a loose panel and it came right off with a slight finger push. In addition, the console part underneath was missing a screw which clearly they removed . The carpet was also manipulated and not placed back properly exposing the truck body and have a lose feeling. I had my concerns about having them handle this installation, but I was assured that they had experienced technicians who would do the job correctly. Unfortunately, this was not the case. It’s frustrating knowing that when you trust someone with your vehicle, they may not put things back together properly, and you won’t notice right away until you hear the rattling later. They also promised to order a replacement screw, but it’s been over a week, and I haven’t heard back from them. To add to my frustration, my bed cover sounds like a rusty garage door. They said they would follow up with the manufacturer and get back to me, but I have not heard from them. All in all, I’m disappointed with both the quality of the installation and the lack of follow-through on resolving the issues. Proceed with caution if you’re considering having any work done here.
