Felipe and the guys over at 4 Wheel parts were outstanding! They helped me out with my truck on 2 different occasions. First time was for my suspension and the second time was to install my after market headlights and tail lights. These guys are super knowledgable and go above and beyond for customers, they saw a couple quick fixes that needed to be done while working on my truck and just did it. No extra charges no extra fees, these guys are legit.

SUBPAR service at this 4WP, beware. I have spent thousands of dollars at 4WP in the past and a loyal customer. In August 2025 I went in to outfit my newly purchased truck with wheels, tires, suspension, and racks. Here is how I was treated: I call in Monday to get a quote on wheels and tires from their website and Joseph tells me he will call me right back. No call by Wednesday. I drive in from an hour away to be told by Joseph the rims I originally wanted were now sold out, so now I have to pay 1/3 more for another set of wheels, even though I could have gotten them cheaper had he called me back that Monday as promised. As I am talking in person to Joseph to get a new quote he answers a phone call and spends ten minutes on the phone with another customer totally ignoring the fact I drove in and was ready to spend thousands of dollars on new wheels, tires, and accessories. I was standing right there waiting for my quote!!! I walked out as this is no way to treat a customer who drove there in person. Horrible customer service and I took my business elsewhere. Please 4WP don’t treat your loyal customers like this. You lost a good customer and I will not promote your store moving forward to anyone I know.

4 Wheel Parts took excellent care of my Jeep. They had it for almost two weeks, kept me updated the whole time, and explained everything before doing any work. Even insistent I come in person to see the problems and progress. My Jeep is 10 years old and well abused, so the list of issues was long, but they were patient and thorough. They were also very accommodating when I couldn’t pick it up right away after it was ready. We’re slowly tracking down the cause of my death wobble, and I’ll definitely be bringing it back here for future repairs, whether they like it or not! 🤣

Dropped it off on Saturday and ready by Tuesday, for a 3.5" Teraflex lift, on 37" Yokohama Geolanders, with Rock Jock JT Drag and Tie Rod. Looks great! Truck is 2023 JT Rubicon Diesel.

I cannot recommend 4WP enough. My experience was amazing from purchasing to installation. Felipe helped me chose the right products to order and then called me two days later to set up an appointment for installation. In 4 days I had new wheels and tires on with no hassle. During installation, the staff ran into a locked lug nut but Felipe and Scott were helpful and had a solution. Prices match the online prices of other retailers and workers are honest and helpful!!

Much love goes out to 4 wheel parts. I had a missing lug nut key and needed to fix a bad tire. They gave a reasonable rate for all 4 tires, made easy work of those 4, very difficult anti theft lug nuts. No one in ventura wanted to do it, and the one dealership that did, wanted way too much money. Great service!

I don’t normally post reviews, however one was warranted for the exceptional service I recently experienced at 4 Wheel Parts in Ventura. These guys are extremely professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I tow a 5K lb travel trailer behind a 2025 GMC Sierra and needed an airbag system to assist with leveling and stability. While not having much experience with airbags or options for suspension upgrades, my Sales Technician Joseph patiently guided me through the process. After choosing the right system, he determined the parts necessary would need to be shipped overnight in order to complete the job before for my wife and I were to depart on long road trip in two days. The next day, and on his day off, Joseph went above and beyond to ensure the parts would arrive on time for the installation to be completed before our departure. Upon receipt of the truck, Chris, the technician who performed the installation, gave me a detailed tutorial on the operation of the system. The pride in Chris’ workmanship was proven in the results. And most importantly, the performance of towing with airbags provided an incredibly smooth and safe ride. Thank you Joseph and Chris for completing the job in an expedited manor.

I "needed" to purchase a new ARB bumper for our 4Runner. 4wheel Parts had the best price around. I called and spoke with Joseph about buying the bumper and a winch. He did some homework with ARB and found the right combo. From the install itself to all of the communication with Joseph and Felipe, we couldn't be happier. This is the only place I will go for anything 4 wheel drive. Took my 3500 ram that was under warranty and the dealer was being difficult. Went to 4 Wheel they took care of everything, the repairs are done and my truck is running better than when I purchased the truck. Alignment and new adjustable track bar. Do not waste your time and money go to the experts.
