So you wanna know my experience with this place well, let me tell you I woke up on a Tuesday morning ready to start my day when I walk outside and I noticed the front right tire of mine is looking very low so I checked my pressure and it’s at 14 psi so I try to fill it with my onboard air system. It fills it and starts leaking turns out my valve stem broke on the inside, so it was releasing air. I had no idea what to do because I had to be to work so the only place that I thought of was Gerald‘s tires and brakes says it in their tires so I called them and I asked them if they can replace the valve stem they said of course they can and then I asked them the next big question. Can you do it on a set of 37/13.50R20s The guy over the phone said yes, sir no problem I air my tire up to 45 psi I drive from monks corner all the way down to Gerald‘s tires and brakes on rivers. The reason I went there was it was closest to my work had my best friend from work pick me up. Told Gerald that I didn’t need it back immediately because I was going to work, but when it was done to just give me a call when my wife would come pick it up and drop it off to me at work While I was out delivering all the wonderful packages in which everybody loves to buy, I get a call from Gerald‘s stating that my tire is done and I ask what the damage is thinking it’s gonna be something hefty. They told me $7 yes 7 whole dollars I was baffled. I asked them if They were sure that was the amount and they said yes seven whole dollars. So my wife got there with seven dollars in her hand to pick up my big truck and something that I was absolutely stunned by and had no idea happens is because she picked up the truck they gave her a Gerald‘s rose made her day No, my tire is doing fine. The valve stem is fine. Had no issues every time I go to Gerald I never have an issue, but this was the first time that my wife has picked up from Gerald‘s and she received a beautiful red. Gerald Rose thanking her for choosing them and that was just absolutely wonderful

I came because,I had over a four day period put air in my rear passenger side tire about 3 times. Had that repaired two weeks prior. Had a nail stuck in it. Came in the young man Tyrek ,checked the tire,took his time finding where the slow leak was. One week later I am having no problems at present. There was no charge. I have dealt with Geralds for 20 plus years when I have had a tire with road hazard on it and could not be repaired, they replaced tire with minimal cost to me. Thank you Geralds Tire.

Can't beat their service! I only go to geralds. Always so friendly, quick, and priced well. They got me in last night right before they closed, my tire had a slow leak. I was prepared to drop off the tire, put on the donut and come back the next day. They got it patched in 10-15 minutes! The roses are always a sweet touch ❤️

I had a great experience here! Came about an hour before they closed with a flat tire and they were able to patch it up in 30 minutes with a lobby full of other guests who were waiting. Staff were very attentive and thorough, great customer service. Best part, they didn’t even charge me for the tire patch! The staff was friendly and prices were fair. I dropped off my vehicle Monday morning for four new tires, an oil change, and an alignment. It wasn’t ready until after 6 p.m. On my 30-minute drive home the tire-pressure light came back on, and the next morning one of the brand-new tires was completely flat. While I was out of town, a friend kept air in it until I returned. Because the shop was closed Sunday and I needed my car for work, I went to Firestone. They found the tire sensor had been broken during installation and was rolling around inside the tire. They also said the tire balance was off, causing a strong shake over 50 mph. I’ve tried calling this morning without an answer and hope the shop will make it right by replacing the sensor and properly balancing the tires.

To say these guys went above and beyond is truly an understatement. My sister recently had rotator cuff surgery, and being the strong, hard-headed woman she is, she was still trying to work. She didn’t realize just how dangerous her tire tread had become until she left the jobsite and found out the hard way. I was very stressed when my car broke down at work, but they took great care of me. I was able to stay at work while they fixed my car, and they even finished repairs the same day. Ron was very friendly and explained everything to me, and everyone else I met was super kind. They didn’t pressure me for services I didn’t want, and it only took me about five minutes to pay and pick up my car once I got there. Extremely disappointing experience at Gerald’s Tires and Brakes. We showed up right before closing with a flat tire that had just happened and were immediately told they wouldn’t help us at all. While I understand closing time, what made this worse was that they still had over eight jack stands sitting out. I politely asked if I could quickly borrow one just to put on our spare tire and be on our way. Both the employee and the manager refused, saying there was “nothing they could do,” and left us to deal with it on our own. No assistance, no courtesy, and no basic willingness to help someone stranded with a flat tire. For a business that claims to specialize in tires and brakes, this level of customer service is unacceptable. I would not recommend going here at all, especially if you expect any help in an urgent situation.

It's rare to find that level of honesty in tire shops nowadays. The shop was busy, but everyone kept me updated on the status of my vehicle throughout the hour. The installation was quick, and the car feels like it's driving on clouds now. If you're looking for someone who is knowledgeable, efficient, and genuinely cares about the safety of your vehicle, ask for Austin. I'll definitely be returning for my future patches, new tires and rotations because of this experience.
