Wonderful experience. Friendly staff and a great selection of vehicles! 3 month Update: While this was a wonderful experience, unfortunately, the after purchase experience has been less than great. I have not received my license plates and tags from the dealership yet and have reported it to them 3 times with all 3 times they said they would look into it and have a manager call me back. No one has attempted to call me back or provided any type of update. Now my paper plate registration is expired and at risk of driving with an expired registration. They were great when I was there, but then their follow up is horrible. I was hoping to do more business with them in the future, but after this I probably won’t and wouldn’t recommend people go here.

had a very disappointing experience with "605 Auto" dealership. I purchased a Mazada CX5 for my teenage daughter, and unfortunately, they did not uphold their end of the bargain and i will explainwhy. I returned several times to the dealership to obtain the car matts and spare key that were promised at the time of sale. These items were also put into the sale contract. I got the feeling as if I as soon as i paid for the car they forgot who i was. Eventually i was given an aftermarket key (very disappointing) that did not open the trunk and only started the car. After weeks of calling and texting the mats arrived. The mats looked as if they were from the swapmeet and had "MAZDA" stitched in. I felt insulted and upset that the dealership would rhink I would accept them. I complained to the salesmen Edwardo. I was told they would correct the issue. That never took place. After another couple of weeks I returned to the dealership once again and I was told the owner was busy and unavailable. Suring this visit I was given an attitude from the secretary and was told someone would be calling me; I never received a call. The promises made during the sale were not fulfilled, and communication was EXTREMELY poor. I expected a professional and honest transaction; but sadly, that was not the case. Please do not buy from this dealership. They are not trust worthy. They shop for there cars at the Norwalk Auto auction. They buy from the auction and mark the vehicles up thousands. Just to sum up my story this dealership is dishonest and I recommend you avoid them. I plan to report them to the BBB as well. Be well. Part 2: The dealership had ChatGPT write a response to my negative review. I contacted the dealership after reading the posted response. I was not offered anything as the response mentioned. I was not offered a new key. I was not offered the place matts. All of which were included in the purchase contract. I do not know why the response asked which state was the vehicle purchased in; they only have one location. This is proof they had someone else write the response. The sad part is they didn't even proof read the response. They just did a copy and paste type of deal. They are trying to save face and doing a bad job at it. Honestly; if the spare key and matts were provided after the the fact....i would have removed the initial review. This is bad business. It is not hard to get good reviews on Yelp and Google. Simply do an honest job and people will give you good reviews. I hope this review helps people who are in search for vehicles. My suggestion is to pay a little more and buy from honest people, from an honest business,and who actually deserve your business.

Went in to look at a used Subaru with my family, the car was in excellent condition and well cared for, Saint and Rigo were incredibly helpful and the buying experience was the most straightforward I’ve ever had. The price you see is the price you get, no hidden fees or ad ons(just tax and title). Unfortunately after purchasing the car it became apparent that it had an issue they didn’t know about (a clogged catalytic converter). Rigo was incredibly helpful and professional about the situation and repaired the car for free, even offering to lend me another car from the lot while the repairs took place. It was ready 2 days later. 695 auto is a great family business of incredibly kind people, I’d highly recommend them for your next car purchase.

I had went to check out a truck but they didn’t even bother to try to help me if I was interested in another car they expected too much , the manager or owner the lady idk but she looked like she was just not in the mood or didn’t want to bother on to sale a vehicle . I should have read the bad reviews on this dealer ship never again. Also have prices on line and once you get there it they say no it’s not that lol false advertising. those cars are going to collect dust hahahaha

2 stars and here's why: I bought a Nissan Sentra from these guys and the sale itself was pretty smooth. The salesman was knowledgeable and he was transparent with the issues the car had. I was told that the issues were going to be addressed in the 'dealer due outs'. The AC needed to be fixed, the check engine light had to be addressed due to the transmission and other miscellaneous items. I was fine with waiting for the car to be fixed. At first, they were reaching out to me to give me updates. I was told the AC was fixed and the transmission was taken care of. I took the car home and guess what? The AC broke the day after and the check engine light came on. I brought the car back and was told they couldn't fix it right away and they would text me a date to bring the car in. I was given Rigoberto Gonzalez (the manager's) contact info and to reach out to him. He responded quickly the first day and said the issue was with the other mechanic and there was nothing he could do but wait. I sent texts every 3 days to follow up about the check engine light and Rigoberto would reply that this was beyond him; all we could do was wait. I would follow up with him once a week to ask when I could bring the car in. Over a period of 2 months, he would sometimes reply but mostly leave me on seen or just not respond at all. I had to call the 605 Auto number on Google and was told that the manager would reach out to me but to give him some time. I waited a week after this call and then I tried to contact Rigoberto and he blocked my number. I bought the car in October and to this day, I have not had a single call back or text about getting the AC fixed or the check engine light for the transmission fixed. I saw the reviews of this place before I came here and I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt but here we are. If you want to buy a car here, I would HIGHLY suggest you look somewhere else.

I had very a good experience buying car from this dealer. The salesperson David was very unlike the pushy car sales guys that I have met. The owner also seemed friendly and helpful. The whole process was very smooth. There was a minor repair to the car seat and they kept their promise and repaired it even after we completed the purchase.
