live a mile down the road, the cashiers have great customer service. While the deli clerks are the worst, basic gas station selection but they have that attitude that you come 2nd to whatever they are doing, and thats basically rule #1 with working in food service

I don’t know his name, but he was wearing an orange shirt and his tan, probably in his early 20s, that he just had his headphones on and was doing his thing, and you could tell he was really into his job. Or at least that he cared about the work that he was doing. And he was good looking! 😂 thank you Lake Stevens 76 car wash

The cashier was so rude. I got myself a frozen yogurt and was in line; she was attending a different customer. I pinched a tiny piece of cheescake from it as I was waiting (unconsciouslly and although it’s not an excuse, let’s mention that I’m pregnant). I heard her tell me something and I did not understand so asked for her to repeat, she said in a very mean voice “Oh please don’t eat it before paying because the price is based on weight.” Altough she is right, you don’t embarrass a client like that! I wasn’t grabbing bunches, just a little pinch. I was so excited about eating this treat after a long drive and I didn’t even enjoy it after all.

Was recently sold and I greatly miss the people that worked there. There's now a woman that works there who is sketchy and seems very unfriendly. The new owners are friendly but lack that family feeling the station used to have.

This place feeds my nicotine and alcohol addiction like no other. Staffs incredibly rad and kind to their regulars. Occasionally has bañ mai that's great for a quick pick up. Variety of beers and snaxxx

It's close to multiple shopping centers and on the way to the highway. Gas prices were high, especially since I could drive a half mile and get gas for 20 to 30 cents cheaper per gallon. The fueling area was clean and offered a car wash. It is difficult to get in and out of as this is a very busy intersection. Like my reviews? Give me a like! Thanks!

Worst case wash ever. 10$ and I asked to wash the rims for a tip. They smudged it. Didn't clean even 10% of the rims. And in fact I was scared to bring it in and tried backing out. They assured me it would be fine. there machine curbed my rims. 2500$ rims and my car still. Has car paw marks. Do not pay don't even get your free car wash.

Just wanted to say my boyfriend and I went through the car wash in his lifted f350. It was a bit of a struggle but the guy working the car wash was soooo polite and friendly. I don’t think I’ve ever been more impressed with service we received. This was around 1:30 today (10/26) and I just thought he deserved a little recognition!!

Car wash that's closed at 3 on the afternoon? Tried paying for a car wash but they said it's done for the day? Pretty odd a machine with a code can't run through a full day on a weekend. Sat Sun aren't important days to you financially?

I live a minute and a half from here, and I very rarely leave reviews, but I’ve been here almost daily for like 3 years. The new guy at the counter mumbles so badly I can’t even hear him. All I asked was if there was something coming back into stock or if they are going to stop selling it. The man mumbled whispered something, I asked if he could repeat that because I couldn’t hear him, he gave me a look like I was a moron, then he just turned around, wouldn’t look in my direction, and waited for me to leave? Super weird. Same dude who had his other staff member come genuinely argue and yell at me for like 5 minutes to buy more of something because it was on sale? Such an oddly hostile situation.

Fast Friendly Customer Service!! THIS GAS STATION IS ALWAYS CLEAN AND ORGANIZED! I just love that about a gas station!! Gas Station, Car Wash, Frozen Yogurt section with topping station, Hot Food section, Beer and snacks! There’s even a coffee stand in the parking lot. The ladies that work at the front desk are always nice and polite! That Debbie lady sure is a sweetheart.

Very clean gas station and the workers are always friendly. They have some different hot case foods (like house made burritos and teriyaki bowls). They also have usual hot case food you would expect to find. Both taste good.

Update: Ill give them 3 stars now but only because the workers arent as bad as they used to be 1 year ago and the lady manager is really nice but thats about it... Original post: 1 star > This used to be my place. I loved the prior staff but as of 2 weeks ago, every time I go into the store, the same 3 new people are working. They always laugh at me, point at me, while speaking in a different language. Where is the previous staff? Why are these new people so rude... I'm taking my business elsewhere. O ya, and they jacked up the prices.....

Been going here for years. It’s clean, easy to get to, always a pump available to use. During the day it’s different, very good food in the am including breakfast burritos. At night the only thing is maybe a cultural difference in terms of communication. As I was paying for my coffee and gas, I asked the checkout counter guy for a hot food item. I didn’t hear him correctly and I didn’t realize I was to get myself. As I walk over to get the food item, he says loudly and a little angry at me no! I said no! Why’d you open it! They are no good! See that’s why I’m making new ones! And he pointed to his station behind the counter. So that was awkward but I just chalked it up to communication differences.

CAR WASH SUCKS!!! This car wash point blank.........sucks. Did it remove most of the dirt? I'd say 75% at best. Was it worth the money? You get what you pay for. The kids working there are nice enough, it's the outdated carwash itself that needs an upgrade.
