Unprofessional and never sticks to their word. They tell you they will contact you before a certain time and they never will. You have to go out of your way to get any update or response from them

Their mechanics misdiagnosed a symptom with my car and every time I bring it back they keep charging me for more diagnostic when they misdiagnosed it. It's like they charge you just to take a look at your vehicle.

Tom is so nice. It takes a while to get your car back, but it's expected with only 2 garage doors. But all in all, I would rather pay for my repairs at a local business. Support the community.

Paul there is a fair guy & does good work. They did my alternator in my 06 BMW 650i, not a easy or cheap fix but they did it right with no issues & even gave me a discount after the work was done. If I have the need to get any other repair work done on any of my cars ill use 9999. Also they're a plus as they accept my Service contract that BMW Northwest would not & BMW tried to harass me into buying more services even after they said they wouldn't accept my Service contract for payment. 9999 auto repair has moved up another step in my ladder of trust. Which I do not take lightly at all.

Tom did not provide a good quality automotive repair on my vehicle. The check engine light was still on for the same code so I had to take it to a dealership and pay more money. At least they did it correctly.
