This place is awesome. I know Alex from another company I used to work in and he was top notch mechanic then. Now that he has his own business he has a crew of workers who get work done fast. Mario works here too and is another person I knew from old work and he is wonderful. I still take my vehicles there and I am happy. I like the fact that they can work on traditional car problems and also high tech problems. I'm certain you will be happy with them.

I was very disappointed with Anna the receptionists customer service and lack of communication today. I spoke with her on the phone Wednesday July 24th and was told there would be an opening for an appointment on Friday July 26th. I called her this morning which is July 26th and made an appointment informing her I would be there about 10:00 am and she approved. Upon arrival Anna told me to come back at 1:00 pm. Three hours later I show up at 1:00 pm informing Anna I was back and thinking my vehicle was going to be worked on right away. Instead, I sat in the lobby for about forty minutes until I decided to talk to the mechanic to ask when he would start working on my vehicle. He basically told me he was having problems with the vehicle he was working on prior to mine and may not be able to finish my vehicle if he starts on it. If Anna would have informed me with this information in some way I would have been at another shop instead of wasting my time waiting around all day only to be informed by the mechanic that my vehicle may not be worked on or finished due to certain circumstances. Based on my initial conversation with Anna before bringing my vehicle in left me with the impression that making an appointment guarantees my vehicle will be worked on and finished in a timely manner. Anna‘s lack of communication is unprofessional and I am very dissatisfied with her Customer Service. I felt ignored. She could have called or told me in person there may be a possibility my vehicle would not be worked on or finished due to problems the mechanic was having with the vehicle he was working on before mine. Consequently, I would not recommend this place. My only complaint is Anna‘s lack of communication. after all said and done, my vehicle was worked on and finished in a timely manner. However, when it comes to my work vehicle I am not willing to take the risk of making an appointment and wait around all day only to be informed my vehicle may not be finished if worked on. I will not be coming back.

If you’re looking for an auto shop this is the BEST place in town! They were able to get my van, suvs and sedans we use for our business. They fix right away and fix major repairs within a day! Mechanics are rarely stumped, but when they are? They call Smart Alex (now called Smart Care if you’re searching). He has been our mechanic for years. Below is a pic of him at work lol Once I had a loose handle on the Jeep and had it in for an oil change…completely forgot to mention the handle to Alex. Was saying goodbye and said “argh…next time I’ll have to have you look at the handle…” He literally went “hmm…” clicked the handle completely out, jiggled something, clicked it back on and smiled, “there.” It was never a problem again. He and his crew (and his family) really are the best-not 3 or 4 trips to the mechanic to get something repaired or checked. Not if Alex does it. His mom was right for calling him Smart Alex from childhood on!

Smart Care auto is the first stop for any of my auto problems. Alex and his team are amazing! Alex has helped me out with urgent repairs several times already. He is very responsive, kind person and an excellent mechanic. Without the need for an appointment, he was able to repair my car in minutes or a couple of hours on the same day. I am very grateful to him and his guys for helping me with the repairs. If you are looking for a great mechanic and servicing your vehicle at a reasonable price, look no further than Smart Care.
