Best place to get radiator and muffler repaired or replace. Sam was awesome. Great and fair price, excellent work and sensational customer service. They checked my wife's muffler and diagnosed it quickly to replace only what needed to be replaced. I went to another place prior and they suggested a whole system replace. Glad I decided to give a locally owned place a try. Appointment to repair was quick also, within a week. This is definately a go to place for mufflers and radiators. Will absolutely go to them again if needed. Will also be patient if they are busy with other work, well worth the wait.

Great service! Took my Honda in to be inspected for a possible Converter replacement, shop tested it and said it was fine and did not need replacement. Sam just finished replacing my old rust rotted exhaust from the cat-back. Drove down to his shop for an estimate, scheduled the appointment and he had the pipe welded up in an hour. Great service, workmanship and quality. Highly recommend A-1 R&M! Pro-tip - Drive there, he's a busy owner and he makes his living in the garage not on the phone, plus he can give you a better estimate seeing your issue in-person.

If there were 10 stars available, I'd give 10. Sam is beyond outstanding. I took some of the reviews suggestions and drove down to the shop. He is a 1 man All Star show. I was expecting a full exhaust was needed, but Sam did a thorough inspection of the exhaust and provided his recommendation based on the vehicle and my need. The work far exceeds my expectation. His quality of workmanship and work ethic is out of this world. Do yourself a favor and don't go anywhere else. This is the place to go and I'd drive across town to get work done here, knowing Sam was working on it. Support this local business and Veteran. You won't regret it one bit.

After many, and I mean many, visits to this shop over the past year, the biggest takeaway is that Sam genuinely cares about his customers. The resulting quality of work (no matter how big or small) really matters to him; it’s glaringly evident in the way he diagnoses, plans, and executes each job. I’ve now brought several vehicles to A-1 with service requests varying from custom exhaust work to a potentially failed catalytic converter. So I’ve had the pleasure of experiencing this rare integrity first hand. On a somewhat complex custom twin-loop exhaust job I had in my mind, A-1 helped refine my plans and expectations. The resulting sound has been such symphonic perfection, that I find excuses to drive my little gas guzzler over my other more economic options even with prices being where they are today. What matters more however, is what goes unnoticed; the amount of detail Sam considered when developing and configuring the units; paying attention to heat, exhaust scavenging, flow balance and long term reliability by avoiding moisture build up… These folks will not sell you things you don’t need. They’ll make sensible recommendations and offer cost-effective solutions that keep your long term objectives in mind. The common denominator? Sam is always looking out for the customer’s best interest. Rare. Easy going, reliable, knowledgeable and high quality work without the insane price tag? Yeah, A-1 is without question where you need to look for any type of exhaust or radiator related work.

Sam is very professional and knowledgeable. The manufacture sent the wrong CAT back exhaust for my 370Z (the longer ones for a Infiniti G37). Sam was able to cut and weld my new pipes to make them fit. I looks seamless and sounds great. I need to go back to him for more mods.
