Amazing service!!! I called Quality Alignment yesterday to get my 2014 GMC Acadia in for replacement on the front brake rotors (rotors were warped). They priced them at $442.00 for new rotors and brakes. This was 1/2 the price that Les Schwab Tire Center quoted ($800.00). The next day I dropped off my Acadia at 8:00am and it was done by early afternoon and the bill was cheaper ($376.00) then the quote because we are Costco members and Discount Tire referred me to Quality Alignment. Please support the local guys during these pandemic times!!!!

Took my 2015 Porsche Macan in for an alignment after hitting a curb, the first shop i went to had my car for almost 2 hours a said everything was fine, and it just needed aligned, Quality Alignment had it for maybe 10 minutes and noticed bent control arms and height sensor. The staff here knows what they're doing and how to do it. They got everything ordered and installed in a timely manner, and they ordered all parts from the Porsche dealership. 10/10 would recommend

These guys do very low quality work. Do not use them. Replaced lugs saying they were oem, but didn't fit the removal tool, ended up being caps. How'd you like your family left stranded due to shabby work? Inethical shop avoid at all costs.

Quality has always taken care of my builds. I brought in our Sema truck to get aligned and get the 28” wheels mounted to the 42” tires and they did a perfect job. No one in the valley would do the job due to the risk of ruining that big of a wheel but they have since done it multiple times as we’ve changed wheels. Great company to work with, great rates and great employees.

The guys up front were very nice. They seemed knowledgeable and the company has good reviews. My experience wasn't acceptable. The first time I came in was because I had vibration while breaking and I went to Toyota to see how much it cost and I wanted a second opinion. They both said I needed rotors turned and new pads. Quality was cheaper so I went with them. It cost me over $500.00 and my breaks squeaked for thousands of miles after this. Then the vibration I described came back. So I came back in on warranty. When I came back in they told me I need new pads again and I need to replace my rotors. They didn't replace what they warrantied but told me it will cost over $600.00 to fix after what my warranty covers. So I will be in about 1.2k just to have a regular break job. And they didn't actually fix what they warrantied. I will be going elsewhere and paying for what they warrantied.

I will forever take my vehicles here for work! They are the most trustworthy and efficient place I have seen when it comes to vehicles. I had dealerships tell me I needed new brakes and rotors so I brought it to Quality to get the work done and when Dustin called, he said everything was in great shape. Being a female, it’s difficult to trust mechanics as some take advantage of that. Thank you guys for being so amazing and honest! They do some of the best work around!

I wouldn't recommend to anyone. All they care for is your money. Run while you can or regret your decision like I did. They changed my lower control arms and I told them I have an oem airbag suspension and told them to keep that in mind. Now after they finished my front driver side is half inch higher than all the other. I paid 560 for those 2 parts to be replaced. Thanks 208 tires for sending me here I learned a couple valuable lessons. I asked them to fix that problem they took it to the back brought it back and said that there's nothing they can do about it. We'll see if they do anything about it. I'm actually surprised that they have a 4.7 star reviews.
