I am beyond excited to have my car back!!! This shop has helped me a handful of times when I made the mistake of taking it elsewhere…I took it to a very highly rated shop near my house & they were VERY friendly, but unfortunately besides them hating working on a Range Rover, they couldn’t figure out what was wrong. They would diagnose it and I would wait and pay only to get it back still with warning lights and driving terribly. They finally quoted me $4k to replace something & I decided to take it back to Ray’s and see what they said. Mark is awesome. He figured it out and it was under $2k. After not having a car the last 2 months, it’s great to have it back and running so well! I’m just so relieved and think their team did a great job. The other time I used Ray’s was after taking it to the dealership 🤑 so I found the shop online and they gave me a quote way below dealerships. Fully recommend this shop, except I don’t want too many people using them as they already are very busy!

I purchased a 2009 f350 in January and have had quite a few repairs in 6 short months of owning it but Mark has been awesome every step of the way. They have gone above and beyond on many occasions including the last. I had an unfortunate incident(I owe them all dinner😂) that they fixed that led to needing a new radiator at 2pm on a Thursday…I was leaving for a trip and needed that truck the next morning. Needless to say they had my truck done, gave me a quick mechanic lesson, made sure I had what I needed in case I ran into any problems and triple checked everything to make sure my daughter and I weren’t stranded on the side of the road! The time, effort and care that went into it did not go unnoticed and I’m forever thankful. Truck ran fantastic and we made the 10 hr trip each way without a problem! They literally saved the day…you don’t find this type of service anymore! Highly recommend!

Had my turbo rebuilt guaranteed for two years no questions asked. Turbo went down within #Warranty . Did not receive a warranty they said the 3 inch exhaust gate failed to work which intern would cause a turbo to overheat. Put on a new turbo still had problems found out that it was a $20 vacuum sensor that allowed those exhaust gates to open was not working. Told them they put it on and charge me $150 for the part. Solve the problem about $7000 Into project. Then I had an OEM power steering pump replaced the next day. I lost all its fluid, took it back for warranty. They said there was no warranty that a hose had blown, causing the power steering pump to give away.. Haven’t ever reviewed before, but wasn’t very happy with the service I received👎☹️
