Was told that it would take only 1 hour and 30 minutes to change all four tires on my new car. There was only one other person in line so I was confident they would get it done. However, it took almost 3 hours to get my car back. After that said hour and a half I went back to check on my car. At that point, they were helping another customer who came in after me because they knew who he was and my car hand not even been worked on yet. My car probably spend another hour sitting there without wheels and no one working on it. Was very disappointed and they need more staff. Only giving two stars because the one guy at the dest was helpful and I am happy with the tires I got.

Found couple tires I wanted online. Went in next day. Was told have to buy online, I didn't see where it stated as such. But they did have others for an extra $40 each. Forget it, needed them now and not wait nor pay extra. Went elsewhere.

The staff was friendly and professional. Cris worked on my headlight restoration for several hours. Me knowing from others that theirs only took an hour, mine was that bad. He killed it and I didn’t think my headlights could look so good. 10/10 thank you for your work Cris!

2 cars ahead of me when I arrived. I was told 40 minutes. Came back after 45 minutes and they had not even started. There were about 7 cars being worked on. I ask if it was first come, first served or did all those people have appointments. Aaron, the counter guy, said they don't take appointments. I ask why my car wasn't even in the garage yet and he said "I just work here". Then they told me they were moving my car in now and it would be another 40 minutes. Finally, an hour and a half later, a man in the {waiting area} told me he thought my car was done.

I'm not so sure about other locations. But the team here seems to know what they are doing. From start to finish. Everything went well. You might want to make the effort & call this location to get the work done. Bought 4 new tires off the website, made the appointment. I was done a few hours later. Well worth it.

The people here in the automotive center are rude and lazy. I stood there for more than 10 minutes while they all just hung out and talked, laughing and joking about whatever they were talking about before they even acknowledged my presence. Twice, someone looked over at me but completely ignored me. When they were finally done, they decided to ask what I needed, and I told them a simple oil change. Now mind you, there was only one car there in the bay and no other's to be seen, and 5 men standing in the bay, they told me it would probably take an hour so so! Wait?? What?? Why?? I was told they were running behind. Absolute b.s !! If they had time to stand around laughing and joking and doing absolutely nothing, there was no reason whatsoever it should be an hour or more wait. Other than the single vehicle in the bay, my truck was the only vehicle waiting, and there were 5 people working. I was told that if I didn't want to wait, I could go somewhere else! Well, that's exactly what I did! I wasn't rude, I didn't yell, and I did nothing to deserve being treated like that, and I will never go back! We've also come to notice that pretty much every employee in the place is rude and doesn't give a damn if the customer's are happy or not. They don't want to help you find anything and tell you to look on the app and walk away. Screw you, Walmart! We have taken our business to Fred Meyer and will continue to shop there instead. Not that Walmart cares, but at least Fred Meyer's employees are pleasant and will help you find whatever you may need help with.

Absolutely horrible! Staff are always without experience, the manager has no manners or respect. Three tries and its always a terrible experience, they wanted me to wait 4hrs in line to re-torque one wheel. One time it took them 3hrs to balance my tires and they charged $100. Later I seen they counter balanced each tire and I had to have it done somewhere else since it was worse. Overall, when you go in the manager always peeks in and tries to convince you to go elsewhere because they rather not have any work to do, he acts like a kid playing around.

Waited 2 hours for tires, only to be told, pur car was never put in the system for a tire change. I had my ticket they had my keys, for 2 hours. No apologie, just rude customer service. The manager John was very unprofessional, and other cashiers were frazzled like deer on headlights.

If I could give no stars I would. I came in for a oil change yesterday at 7 am when they open like I was told by an employee to avoid a wait. I came in at 7 and the lights were still off and it took me about a half hour to get someone's help. One of the regular store employees had to turn on the lights and get their attention for me. Once I finally got there attention and gave them my info I was told they don't have my oil filter. So I had to go buy a oil filter from auto zone and come back. They took a $1.50 off my oil change for me having to provide my own oil filter. CAN ANYONE TELL ME WHAT OIL FILTER COSTS $1.50!? On top of everything ELSE they didn't give me a sticker letting me know when to get my next oil change. They also took over and hour to do my oil change. I could have went somewhere else... They probably would have had my oil filter and were quicker with the same quality work for what I ended up paying all together having to buy my own oil filter. I want a refund if not for the whole thing but at least for the oil filter. It isn't my fault they don't carry my oil filter. Crooks!

The tires and the end result was good. Customer service in many regards was very lackluster. I had to wait 3 hours for tires to get mounted despite having an appointment.

So I took my car to the 12th Ave auto center to have four tires installed. I made an appointment for 4 o clock, came in at 3:55 pm got signed up, and was told it was going to be about an hour. My ex-husband met me there because he was going to pay for the installation. We waited for two hours! I received a text message from Walmart saying that they didn't start service on my car until 5:30 pm. When I arrived there was only one other car. Finally, I asked to speak to a manager which the employee called on the phone and spoke to him explaining the situation, and told us that they would give me the road hazard warranty for free as compensation. I told him that I'd rather talk to the manager in person instead of the employee talking on the phone. They were able to get a "coach" to come up, I explained to them the situation and how long we were waiting for four tires to be put on my car which should only take about 30 min. They talked to the tire techs and said that they were short-staffed and were finishing another car. Now I've worked in retail and I get it but we were never told that they were running behind or that it was going to be a long wait. The supervisor gave us a great deal on the service and I appreciated but I won't be taking my car back to Walmart for any car service.

Unfortunately more of a typical Walmart experience. Went in twice for oil change and tire rotation, both times was quoted 1.5 hours. Both times were longer than 3 hours, just irritating to go out to check on progress and see guys standing around chatting after waiting over 2 hours. Hope your not into you day off.

Showed up at 6 to have 4 tires mounted and balanced. Was told at 7:30 well after they closed they couldn’t mount and balance the tires because they didn’t want to “damage the truck”. I will never use them again. They just didn’t want to do it because they were supposed to get off at 7.

Very disappointed. The website said they opened at 8 but when I get here at 8:15 they didn’t have techs scheduled in and said I couldn’t get an appointment until 2:30. Their appointment system online is hot garbage so I never use it. But if you say you’re open at 8 then you should be able to help customers at 8. I have a busy schedule and planned my entire day around being able to get this done.

Drove from Caldwell to 12 ave location on the phone for 30 minutes, waiting for Lance to give me an answer. I finally arrived, and instead of giving me a quick answer, he silenced the ringer on the phone and was helping other customers, with a phone call that takes two minutes took 30 minutes. And he did not even know the price of how much it would cost to dismount and Mount and balance tires

BASIC oil change ~$25 👌 ⚠️❎🔋Warranty replacement battery needs "WM testing" ~4/1/23 Les Schwab test unbelievable!? FYI- LES SCHWAB battery lasted~Decade 👍 Yet I was stuck at a WM, (They are open Sundays 🤷♂️) Good luck finding auto department open after you get off work, seems they're never open the hours the website shows. After 3 failed trips to WM with no one to test the battery... (fix it or roadside service is going to charge 💵 for the next jumpstart.💥🔋) I paid for the 🆓warranty replacement battery. ~4/21/23 (while I was waiting💲went up 10 💵) On the 4th trip I was finally able to get the dead battery tested.❎ Yet as there was No manager & no one else on shift could ring up a warranty replacement exchange. "Come back on Saturday before 5PM, might catch manager" Saturday the Auto manager said he was "off at 4PM 😂 but he would TRY testing it" again and under his breath added "hopefully I can figure out how to to ring in a warranty replacement."🤞 Yet if he could get it to test "needs charged" then I would still "have to keep it, and the warranty replacement battery (that I already been forced to buy a few days prior and needed a refund for.) Battery tested ❎ REPLACE again. Manager then went to the backroom computer. To try to figure it out ⁉️ Took 4 weekly visita ~ month before I could get a warranty return on a 50% dead battery. 😂

Horrible customer service. I arrived around 2:30 September 19th, 2025. The service reps saw me multiple times waiting to be helped. None approached me to get checked in to have my car get an oil change. For the stand that are on staff at the moment I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO FOLKS. Not satisfied with this location at all🫤😮💨😒.

I would give them 0 stars if I could. I went to go get my oil changed by them and they broke the dip stick for my car. They told me I had to go buy another one from autozone or another store. Didn’t offer to pay for the replacement after THEY broke it. When I called back to see if I was able to just come pick up my car. Who ever answered the phone was very rude and kept talking over me. He didn’t work on my car and kept setting down the phone to talk to someone who worked on my car. Then when I went to go pick up my car. They almost couldn’t find my keys. Awful customer service!!!! Do not come here. Save your money and take your business somewhere else.

Literally went to get the old done 2013 or 17 Mercedes, paid, went and shopped awhile, came back and stood there waiting 40 minutes for the dude to ask "did you bring your own filter?" Like uhhh did you expect me to bring the tools for you too?!! Anyway proceeds to telk us that they dont carry the filter. Then why put us through the waiting process? Gosh it was so frustrating tbh! So ended up waisting a bunch of my time and made it out to be MY fault i didnt bring my own oil filter!
