I wanted to share my negative experience that I had with Loya tires, a company I've used multiple times in the passed and had good experiences with. I dropped off a Subaru that needed 4 tires mounted and an alignment. I got a call afterwords that the car aligned well other than the front passenger which wouldn't align right because of a damaged control arm. The owner told me that if I replaced the control arm and brought it back he would align it at no cost. Ok great 👍🏻 Upon picking it up I noticed the rear bumper had been scratched due to carelessly loading the old wheels into the rear of the car. Which was hard to miss because I had just had the car completely 100% repainted due to hail damage. I was upset but took it on the chin. I replaced the control arm and brought the car back 3 weeks later to quickly align one wheel. Owner calls me with a different tune. " No I said I'd only align it for free if I replaced the control arm. So we will have to charge you the $89 to realign it." Flustered I picked the car up to take to a different tire shop to have it aligned. I called the owner back up to express my dissatisfaction and was told to come back and "talk about it face to face." We went back and forth and the owner ultimately decided they would realign it free of charge and give me a ride back to my job. But at that point I had already dropped it off at another tire place and was extremely upset with Loyas. A customer shouldn't have to be disgruntled over a 15 minute job. I also understand that the damage control arm was no fault of theirs but they did not have to align it initially or give me false promises of realigning it free of charge. Loya will not see anymore business from me or anyone else that asks me for a tire shop recommendation. I'll post pictures of my damaged bumper when it gets back from being aligned.

My low tire pressure notification dinged and I decided to step by the new Take 5 on Garrity and they told me my tire is about to blow and to get it taken care of. I asked if they had a referral as Les Swab takes too long and I needed some help ASAP and they guys rederred me here. I drive by everyday and knew I had only 1/2 an HR to get there before closing. Mirella was so helpful and understood my need to replace as I got a promotion at work and it was messing with my amazing track record. But, deapite the fact that they had already taken their last card of the day and the tire was not in stock she made sure to have one there for me at 8 am. pulled my car in before 8a.m. and had me out so I was only a few hrs late. Thank you. I will be back to replace all my tires.

I had a flat on the way to work, no one would understand the situation I was in. 4 hour wait time. I even was okay with paying 135$ for a service fee. I am salary. I take pride in my job. Being late to work is one thing. No call no show(since it happened at 8:45 am, I can’t give a heads up.) with a baby due in 4 weeks. My job is how I provide for my family. My car is a huge part in being able to go back and forth to work. And I came here and he took my tire & said I shouldn’t be long. 45$. Out in 6 minutes probably less time. Ask for Levi! Part of this issue is my fault to begin with.Dont trust reviews that a shop has low prices ,just because somebody said so. I should have asked how much this shop charges to mount and balance 4 new tires before i gave the ok. This shop so far as i can see did a good job at mounting and balancing my tires, but most shops include generic rubber valve stems in their price for mounting. Not this shop. I paid $25 a valve stem , $ 20 a tire and $4 a tire to recycle my tires .This was a grand total of $196. This is the most i have ever paid to get tires mounted on any vehicle i have ever owned. I can safely say i will avoid this shop the next time i need to buy or mount any tires.I would not recomend this shop. Update....Loya tires found a mistake on my invoice and refunded me the difference... This shop did a good job on my tires. I have changed my rating..This tire shop really made things right, and i woud definitely go to them on my next tire mounting and balancing. Thank you

I found a screw in my tire. Luckily, it wasn't leaking but there was a leak from something else and they were able to help right when I pulled up. Everything was fixed and I was out of there within 30 minutes so I can go pick up baby from daycare safely. Last time I had a nail/leak repair, I had to wait a week and a half to get my car back because that shop was so backed up. I am very pleased!

I love these guys! Every time I bring my Jeep or my Honda in, they are right there to help me. They even fixed a flat for me for free! The main guy is so nice, and his right-hand man is on top of his game. They put new tires on my honda, sent someone out to pick up the right size (they didnt have them in store), blend my brakes, and got the wheel lug nut locks off all within 45 minutes! I am always so pleased with their fast and efficient service that I am biased now and won't go anywhere else. I trust them with my Jeep, and that says a lot coming from a Jeeper! 2024 update: I still bring all my vehicles here for anything tire related. They are friendly and honest. They have fair prices, never up sale, and never make you wait around. They have taken care of me for many years now, as well as my friends and family whom I recommended to take their vehicle here. I don't think I'll ever go anywhere else!
