10/10! We recently had the pleasure of working with Jake Lee to purchase our 2025 Honda Civic, and the entire process was incredibly smooth. Living 7 hours away, we were initially concerned about the logistics, but Jake made everything simple and efficient. From our first inquiry to finalizing the paperwork, Jake was always quick to respond and highly accommodating. He worked closely with us over the phone and email, ensuring we got the exact model we wanted and an excellent deal. He was even patient when we needed additional documentation for our bank. Absolutely the best place to buy a Honda in Southern Idaho, maybe Northern Idaho too. Terry is fabulous! Such a great experience, no pressure, no hammering, Terry did everything, no closer or Finance guy beating you up. We were completely done, keys in our hand within an hour. Terry was the only person we dealt with and he's awesome! Enjoyable, personable, funny, honest. That's the only place we'll buy a Honda.

We purchased a Honda Pilot from here and was extremely satisfied, the price was incredibly fair and we walked away happy. But the best part, was the salesman, Adam Hopkins! He was amazing! He was not pushy at all, and was extremely knowledgeable about the Pilot. Adam was kind enough to put all of the cars we were considering, side by side. Even after the sale, we contacted him with questions about setting up the Honda app, and he was helped to resolved them. Adam is definitely an asset to Tom Scott Honda. Purchasing lots of cars in my life has not always been the greatest experience. Sometimes you just feel like dealerships want to take advantage of you But not with Tom Scott Honda. I had a wonderful experience purchasing a car from Tom Scott Honda in Nampa! My salesman was Enrique and he was extremely helpful during the entire process. This is my first time buying from a dealership and I was pleasantly surprised by how laid back the process was! We were able to negotiate on a price and I was so happy to go home with my new (to me) 2011 Honda Crosstour! After about 12 hours of owning the car, I noticed the lights were flickering and when I took it back to the dealership they were SUPER nice to me and made sure I was taken care of. I had to drop my vehicle off for the day and Enrique even offered to borrow a car so that I could get home without having to call an uber. They ended up replacing the alternator for free even though they weren’t obligated to since I did not have a warranty and bought an “as-is” car. They even expedited the shipping on the part so that I could get my car back sooner! This whole process has made me a customer for life! I normally change my own oil since it is less expensive but I’m going to go to Tom Scott from now on for all my services because of how they made sure to take care of me, even when they weren’t obligated to. Thank you so much to the service department and Enrique for such a pleasant experience! I can’t recommend this dealership enough!

I was in the market for a mid size SUV and was thinking Pilot or Highlander, but expanding my scope to Telluride and Santa Fe. I actually got to the point of making an offer on a Telluride at Dennis Dillon Kia in Boise, but I walked out twice due to their hardball tactics. Tom Scott Honda was a breath of fresh air - I told them I did not want any nonsense (dealer add-ons, extended warranty). They had a Pilot that was within my parameters, and it was super easy to deal with them. I worked with Jake Lee who was excellent, and my sense was the whole sales department (I had no service done) was in alignment on assuring a low pressure sales experience.

The sales team I worked with were alright to work with, but as soon as the purchase was made it felt like they didn't want to help me with anything. When I purchased the vehicle I was told the floor mats would be given to me after purchase on the way home I realized they didn't put them in I called and asked them and I was told it turns out there are no floor mats and sorry nothing they can do about it. They also didn't send me with a full tank of gas after buying a $30K vehicle The guy running the service department gave me completely false information had me drive down 4 hours to get told there was a mixup and now I have to pay $400 and when I told him I wasn't impressed i could tell he's dealt with it a million times before which is a good indication of how good he is at communicating clearly with customers and not wasting 8 hours of their time driving

My wife and I went to Tom Scott Honda Yesterday to look at a 2017 Ford edge that we saw online and we had the best car buying experience we have ever had… I had spoken to Brian Ford on the phone prior to going in and he was very friendly. When we got there Brian met us with a huge smile and a very easy-going attitude. He’s the type of guy you feel like you’ve known for years. We didn’t just talk cars, we talked about different locations to go sightseeing in Idaho since we are new to the area, and he shared about his family, which made the experience more personable. The car we purchased was $2000 below bluebook and they gave us more for our trade in than the “other guy” offered us. Also, with the big beautiful American flag hanging out front, we were glad to be supporting local patriots. I am 51 years old and I have bought many cars over the years, and again, this was the best experience we’ve ever had purchasing a vehicle. The customer service and price were great! A lost relationship. I’ve bought 2 Hondas from this dealership the past 5 years. The most recent a Pilot in 2025. I brought the car in at 5k miles for an oil change. The light had not flipped on for the new car free oil change. They said I could bring it back in when the light went on or I could pay for an oil change today, then bring it it end after the light flipped. They would not reset the light if I chose to get it changed. I paid and they changed the oil. 1800 miles later the light flips. I drive it another 1100 miles then return for my free oil change. The guy at quick lube curtly tells me the free oil change is no longer an option. Car is over a year old now. Anyway we didn’t get along and I asked for a manager. So I went to the lobby asked the receptionist i would like to talk to a manager when they arrived. While sitting there, the same little guy from quick lube comes in challenges me why I’m still hanging around. I’m waiting for a manager and minding my own business, I replied. Manager shows up and tells him to comp me an oil change. Will I ever buy another car from Tom Scott? No, I won’t. Will I ever get my car serviced at Tom Scott? No I won’t. Relationships can be fragile and lost easily.

Tried to purchase a vehicle here. The finance guy (Yost) was very rude, unhelpful, and totally unprofessional. He had issues with paperwork we had (he’s wrong- and probably just doesn’t want to do the extra work). He refused to speak to use to figure out a solution, stating “I’m too busy to deal with you”. We wasted a 6 hour round trip drive and an entire day to go to this dealership after dealing with them over the phone and being assured this was a done deal. We ended up leaving without purchasing anything. Now I understand the terrible reviews this dealership has gotten.

Where do I even begin??? This dealership went above and beyond for my first time buyer daughter. I tried giving Tom Scott my business, I tried working with them on my trade in but they gave me a low ball offer so I got an offer from Larry H. Miller that was nearly $5k higher on my trade in than Tom Scott. I ended up buying through Larry H. Miller instead. When I told them this their attitude changed towards me. No longer being friendly towards me and just blew me off. I guess their kindness wasn’t genuine. If you’re looking for a good deal on your trade in, look elsewhere.
