Update a year later....10/10 don't recommend. Also they gave themselves 5 stars 🤣 Jody and Bob are nice. BUT!, they sold us a used car that the week of getting it we had to have it towed because it didn’t want to crank. They looked at it and replaced some stuff. Then we got it and a few days later it did it again we had it towed back home and it cranked. They said they put new stuff in it but we don’t think it was new. Probably used or tried to fix what was there. We are currently sitting in a parking lot trying to get it cranked. Bareeeelyyyy two months later of getting it it won’t crank. So if you do get one from her make sure it’s either new or only one owner before.

After receiving a gift certificate for Mother's Day for a complete full detail and was promised the works I left with a drenched interior after they pressure washed the inside of my new jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo. Left with wax all over the exterior and dirt marks left on the interior that could have been cleaned off with a wet finger. Tried contacting the managers to have the issue resolved and no one responded. I would definitely NEVER recommend this company to anyone for any services. Also they knocked off the J in jeep off my hood and broke my keyless remote and didn't say a word.

I purchased a 2009 Impala LTZ from this lot with 85,000 miles on it in March of 2018. This is my 90 day review of the dealership. This vehicle was supposed to have been for a friend of theirs--purchased, serviced, and detailed all by their lot. They even had an 'inspection' done to the vehicle. On their word, they'd gone through everything on the vehicle and there were no issues, everything worked, and it wouldn't need any type of repair. My interaction with the salesperson and shop worker were pleasant. The moment I tired to switch the AC source from outside air to cycle in the cabin, problems began. I had to have the motors in the doors and dash replaced in order to be able to cycle my air. While detailing the vehicle for purchase, they wiped off some of the paint on steering wheel buttons (cruise control and hazard lights) and neglected to remove old air fresheners. One of the pulleys in the engine was bent, resulting in it and the serpentine belt needing replaced prematurely. After being assured that my vehicle had been gone through and was in excellent condition, I paid the price for a vehicle in excellent condition. I believe this really shows to the character of a company--but what can you expect from a used car company? They're just like all the rest. Do your due diligence, and don't count on anyone to do it for you. An inspection at the dealership for any vehicle you purchase is around $150 or less, and will save you a whole lot of time and trouble. If you choose to buy from this lot, get a real inspection done.
