Being darker skinned coming into the office what’s up was the greeting… Hello works great , 170$ a hour to diagnose the truck, lol entire shop is a joke. Jamie has proper customer service , old guy really rude.

They have worked on several cars I’ve owned over 4 years are more. Apparently I’m very pleased with the service Jammie provides. His customer service skills are excellent. He takes his time to find out what the issues your having informative. For me at times can be costly depending on the repair and parts and time he has to work on your car but still worth it. I 100% trust him with repairing my vehicle.

I should have posted this before. Bad diagnosis several times, expensive, kept breaking down because of the bad diagnosis and then wanted me to wait another week and a half before they could "look at it" again. I gave up and went elsewhere. Fixed it in two hours for half the price I had been quoted. Oh, and the power steering pump they claimed I needed--just needed more fluid. Really disappointed in this place. Seems like only friends got special treatment to get in right away. This was a few years ago. I hope things have changed for you.
