They are honest, fair and perform great quality work, Dave and his friendly and courteous staff go out of their way to get you back on the road in no time. I would highly recommend Certified for all of your automotive maintenance needs. I wouldn't go anywhere else! 5 Stars!

Labor rates are 2 ½ to 3 times higher here than auto shops with SAME RATINGS (and even higher) that are in the area (Example: I was quoted over 700$ JUST FOR LABOR for the same service costs 200-250 before tax at surrounding areas) First auto shop I have ever called that it is MORE expensive to bring your own parts (yes I know labor is more expensive this way but after bring to auto shops for 8 Years this is the first one that operates like this) Wondering what the reasoning for this is Edit: If a shop ever says someone is gonna mess up your car simply and only for the fact that they're "cheaper" is a huge red flag. Just because somewhere else is more affordable doesn't automatically make them not reliable, and that's a very primitive way of thinking A water pump and coolant flush for over 700$ is insane especially providing my own parts and I'm sure any sensible person would agree

I brought my 99 Dodge truck for a heater core replacement. Upon picking it up I noticed 3 cracks in dash. This truck is old and I get that but No one said a word about it. I had to bring back 2 more times with issues. Not resolved. Won't go back.
