Took my car in for an oil change and wiper blade replacements and had a very easy going experience. Great bunch of guys! Moe took me home bc I only live 5 minutes away (and I had things to do) and picked me up when car was ready. Amir was very pleasant and provided great customer service. A picture is worth a thousands words. If you enjoy a good read then settle in I have a story to tell 2 parts. I would like everyone to know that A&A Auto Repair and Sales stand behind this work. Charlie the owner/manager looked me in my eyes and said he stands behind this work. My mirror was damaged in the last thunder storm we had back in June. The storm took out my side mirror, broke my rear wiper blade, dented the frame the side mirror sat on and I'm sure they damaged my driver window during this repair. I reached out to A&A to quote me a price because they previously done my brakes for my truck. I'm now questioning if they truly changed the brakes at all. They have proven themselves to be a dishonest company in my eyes. Charlie quoted me a price of around $1,000 to repair my damaged side view mirror and my rear wiper blade if he ordered the parts and installed them. The mirror was more of my concern due to the safety issue while driving so I stated I would want to get that fixed first ASAP. I asked him what he would charge for labor if I purchased the mirror he quote the price of $150. I found a mirror that matched my car and ordered it. When the mirror came in on a Wednesday I immediately brought the part up to A&A Auto to see if the part would work. One of the workers from A&A Auto opened the box, it was determined at that time that the wiring harness was not included in the replacement. I became alarmed because I knew the original wires were damaged and unusable from my first mirror. One of the guys from this stinky business (not being funny, but honest it stinks outside up there) looked and told me that they will be able to work with what was in the car. Who was I to argue with him, he was the mechanic not me. I came back on a Thursday to confirm my appointment on Friday and to double check they will be able to proceed with the parts I brought. If they would have told me lets get the wiring harness to be on the safe side I would have done so because I would rather buss the door open once and get everything taken care of properly at one time. I dropped the car off on Friday with the part and high hopes. Then it all went to hell. I get a call from Charlie the owner telling me he has the door open and the wiring harness would be needed. He stated due to my car being new that that part would be hard to find and he couldn't find it. He tells me that he can put the mirror on as is but when I get the harness that he will have to charge me AGAIN. Mind you its 4:00 PM on Friday when I get this call from the owner, he has my only mood of transportation broken in pieces. I'm stuck, I lose no matter the option. I don't have the wiring to take to him while he has my door open and he can't get it. It's after 4 PM on a Friday. What could I do? Its either let my car sit open all weekend or at least have the some type of mirror. For all my people out there you understand that no harness means nothing electrical is going to my mirror. I have no turn signal, and no ability to operate my mirror orientation from inside my car. I'm been through worse and I was willing to eat that because I should have known to not to listen to them and just get the harness to be on the safe side. I think a respectable business would have told me to wait to get the harness as well so they can do the job right the first time. It gets good you all stick with me. Part 2 coming soon.

1/5 stars - Unbelievable experience at A&A Auto Shop! I brought my brand new Audi Q8 in for repairs, but what I got was a nightmare. The mechanic not only ignored my requests to stop standing on my rim (TWICE!), but they did it AGAIN, and I caught them in the act! I even took a photo as proof. To make matters worse, when I showed the manager the photo, they became defensive and angry at ME for taking a picture! Unbelievable. And if that wasn't enough, they had the nerve to increase the price from $350 to $500 without any explanation or justification. Needless to say, I will NEVER take my car to A&A Auto Shop again. Lack of professionalism, disregard for customer property, and price gouging? No thanks! If you're considering taking your car to A&A, think twice. They're more interested in getting the job done their way, without regard for your vehicle's safety or your wallet. I expect a much higher level of service for a luxury vehicle like my Audi Q8, and A&A Auto Shop fell woefully short.

I just moved to the area and of course my car starts acting up. I came to A&A very stressed out and worried and was immediately put at ease. The technicians are amazing. They are so kind and explain everything to you like you’re a human being. They were able to get me in last minute too!! I had been to at least 5 other places who told me it would be days, A&A got me in right away!! I know I just found my new mechanic!!

Paid 100 for them to find out what’s wrong with the car. Then paid 350 to fix the car and was told it’s good to go and I asked multiple times if the car is actually fixed and they found what was wrong with the car. Told me I had warranty if anything goes wrong and the next day car had the same issues and they told me they couldn’t do anything about it.

I had a great experience here!!! Everyone I spoke to was really really nice. I brought it in on Saturday and mentioned I would have to Uber home to fill out paperwork and they just gave me a ride home because I live nearby. They told me they would have the diagnosis by Monday and would give me a call. They actually called when they said they would at a reasonable time and fixed my cracked radiator the same day!!! Amazing service and I'll be coming back to get my cv joints looked at!!!

They got my car in quickly to estimate the repairs, worked with me and my warranty to get the repairs done quickly, gave me fair pricing and didn’t make me feel like I was being taken advantage of because I was a single woman coming in by myself at first, and even when I brought a man in with me, he verified that they were treating me fairly and not trying to get me to pay for extra things that I didn’t need. I didn’t feel pressure to keep my car there or and they didn’t make me feel dumb for not knowing about some of the repairs. I will 100% bring my car back and would recommend to anyone I know. Nice small shop where you actually get to speak to the owner and they call you by name. Easy to get ahold of and stay updated on repairs and they were actually in the shop for the hours listed online.

A&A Auto Repair and Sales is my go-to for all my vehicle needs. These guys are professional, polite, and friendly! And above all else, their communication is outstanding! Went there for a state inspection on my vehicle and they got me in same day. Turns out my vehicle needed some work to pass inspection, but the team at A&A was upfront about everything, including their pricing -- which, by the way, is very reasonable -- and they got everything fixed for me that same afternoon! Excellent work, decent pricing, quick turnaround, and super friendly! Trust me, give these guys a call if you need work done on your vehicle!
