I’m a actual customer and I can tell you there the worst too go too trust me this is the last place you wanna do business. I told him to do all brakes because they were all bad he still decided to do just the back and charge me 400 for just the 2 back brakes then a week later the front brake locks up. Don’t trust the they are bad business

If you want a reliable mechanic, from a local neighborhood who will treat you right, go here. Mike and others have worked on 3 of my cars over the last decade, and it doesnt seem like there's anything they can't do... Except for replace airbag sensors since that's a dealership thing. Conversely, they were $300 cheaper than the dealership for a few different repairs - Toe Bushings, brakes and rotors, and exhaust replacements.

I'm new to the shop but this is my folks go to machanic and they're familiar with my car in which I purchased from my mother. There was a missing phone call that I felt that I should have received but the service was good and the owner and crew were very nice. 😊 Update, too costly for my taste and everytime I get my car back, it sounds differently than before, my car maybe old but geez, I will be going elsewhere in the future. 😒

They take advantage of women and are really disrespectful the owner or whoever they have running the place shouldn’t deal with the customers my wife took the car for an alternator that costed 700$ (over priced but was desperate) then Broke my hood mechanism and wouldn’t take blame and treated to not fix there mess up …… my family owns multiple dealerships so im very knowledgeable about things like this will be calling the city and making sure these nasty people pay or understand thats not right ….

Was traveling from out of town, had an emergency repair (blown radiator) that needed to be done in 24 hours. Tom took me in when no one else would and got me on the road again in time for my trip. Very welcoming, and kept his word. If I’m ever stuck in Cleveland again, Tom and his team are my go-to. Thanks guys!

I moved into the area in October 2018 and have had Thom and his crew fix my driver side window, the head unit for my heat and air conditioning, and most recently replace the timing belt and water pump on my 2004 Toyota minivan. Each time they have done quality work, they have done the repair in the time promised, and at the price quoted. That price has been about 2/3 of the dealer cost. I have been extremely happy in dealing with these guys, and will continue to use them. Thanks guys!

I would have to write a 5pg paper to detail my experience but for the life of me I can’t see how anyone could recommend this shop. Tom is incompetent, rude and lies too much. They are completely disorganized at this shop and have no real clue what they’re doing just guessing and hoping it works. He took my car to 2 other shops to get work done because they couldn’t get it right after months of wasted time going back and forth and it’s still not fixed. I would recommend going over to sharp which is next door before even thinking about this place. Half the work they can’t even do at their shop. Terrible experience.

They always do a great job I don't know how they do it but I have a 2015 nissan altima with 215 thousand miles and they always figure out a way to get it on the road again and me going he always makes my car is safe and will be honest to tell me when it's not safe thank you tom and crew !!

Recently moved farther away from them but using other mechanics kinda reminded me how good they were when I was still nearby. Owner or manager is down to earth and easy to talk to. Finds out the issue quick and makes sure to update that same day, and overall they work rather fast. Really appreciate them.

I will never forget this place. I went here a few years back it was terrible experience. My car came out worse than it was when I brought it in. They recommended stuff that I didn’t even need and overcharged me. When I finally was able to get my car after over a month and a half, the same day it broke down. Took it to another mechanic and was told that bolts weren’t screwed in correctly among other things. Highly recommend you do your research before you agree to services.

Called over the phone for possible help representative I spoke with was very rude about answering questions that I asked. Instead of explaining what he could help me with he got frustrated and hung up on me. In my honest opinion, I think I was asking basic questions. Completely unprofessional. Please take your money and time elsewhere.

It was an excellent interaction with Tom, who helped this morning with my concerns for my car brakes. They were very accommodating when I called them and I could take my car immediately! This was our third visit there (gotten some repairs in the past and that’s working great too!) and I feel this is the most honest business in the neighborhood. He also explained some basics that would be helpful in winter-driving.

THIS HAS BEEN THE ABSOLUTE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! I had been working with Tom since early December on the purchase of a vehicle explaining my situation as a single working mother. Initially Mj along with Tom, who I ended up ultimately working with, were very welcoming, gracious and hospitable. When my application had been approved, I had selected several vehicles for financing, a 2015 Nissan Rouge, a 2017 Jeep, a Denali along with several others. Since I live an hour away Tom and I work a lot over the phone. In early January of 2025 I went to Cleveland Auto Wholesale to pick up the vehicle that I had chosen, the 2017 Jeep. He assured me that he had test driven it and everything was all set to go and just waiting for me to arrive. I had received a ride and came an hour away. When I had arrived, I pulled in only to find not the 17 Jeep that I informed Tom I was settled on, but the 15 Rouge parked and ready to go! I was panicked, and uncertain, but was in desperate need of a reliable vehicle as I had to travel for work, which Tom and MJ the owner was aware of. I had previously test driven the Rouge and was informed that the transmission had some issues, which is why I had chosen the 17 Jeep. When I told Tom he had the wrong vehicle waiting he became apologetic stating that he thought he told me that the Jeep had not cleared a maintenance check. Disappointed and desperate, I listened as he continued to explain to me that if I take the 15 Rouge, it would then be under warranty so if anything, major happened it would be covered and their affilated service shop (A & A Auto Service) would be able to do the work which would make the process a little easier. Tom had walked me through the process this far and I had developed a level of trust. He even joked that if I had broken down, he would come get me himself! I had taken the vehicle and had driven it for 5 days before the transmission went out! This was back in January 2025. I am still without this vehicle and it has been almost 5 months!!! I have been given the runaround by not only the dealership, but the auto body shop that they are affiliated with (A & A Auto Service) Tommy the owner who has told me that they have put in a brand-new transmission from Nissan not once but twice as the original replaced transmission went out on me after receiving my car back and only driving it for an additional 2 days. I have paid out of pocket for rides, uber, a car note and insurance on a vehicle that I have not been in possession of for more than 7 days total since I purchased it in January! I have been more than patient and willing to work with both Cleveland Auto Wholesale and A & A Auto Service (MJ and Tommy) but when is enough enough. There's so much more to this and It is still on going, but I'm more afraid now than ever of what may happen when and if this car is returned to me.To be continued...
