Since I started using A.B. Hadley, I have been completely satisfied with their customer care and vehicle maintenance. They have performed some challenging repairs on my import car, as well as routine maintenance. The service advisors and mechanic team have gone above and beyond to care for me and my vehicle. As times get tougher, we depend on a reliable team to keep our vehicles on the road, safe and well maintained. I am in a position where I could not replace my vehicle and I depend heavily on a team I can trust and count on.

This place is amazing. As a single woman with absolutely no car knowledge these people have really taken care of me. The dealership experience and some other mechanics really took me for a ride and took advantage of my lack of knowledge, but Hadley's is amazing and treats you like you're a part of the family. This shop is extra in the best ways. Awesome customer service from the front desk and I loved that they were willing to text. Pick up lock boxes and online payments made it easy to get my car after hours. The front desk lady was very knowledgeable and helpful as well as nice to talk to. They document everything, gave me a list of things my car needs with explanations, photos, priority levels and quotes for the work. They do cute things to show their appreciation for customers like sending cookies and leaving rubber ducks after service. I often dread dealing with auto shops but these guys make it feel more like a salon visit but for your vehicle.

My fist convo with AB Hadley was let us help you by first paying for tow truck to get your car here. Within a week and a half my car was done. Enrique’s communication was spot on throughout the process and went over and beyond to ensure my car was fixed right, fair pricing and clear communication. I strongly recommend these guys!

Tom and his team are amazing! They are very thorough when they go through everything on your vehicle. We went in because my car had died and it turned out to be the alternator. We ended up getting some additional maintenance work done. They make everything so easy, offer a temp vehicle, payment/reports online as well. These guys are the absolute best.

I'm more then pleased with meeting Jeff(Manager), Kari, and staff when I walked in for the first time. Very easy to speak to any of them. Had the transmission replaced and noticed the care underneath from them with the undercarriage coating besides being a show Hummer H2, it's a daily driver. They even followed up with a window regulator that went bad. I'll be back and thank you. Great job... with a extended transmission warranty.

long story short I will NEVER bring another vehicle to this company for ANY mechanical fix again- I brought my 2007 F150 to these guys with a transmission fault showing up. Prior to this it was running STRONG. I even had another mechanic prior to this (Corey's automotive- the only mechanic I will EVER return to) stated it was good, and ran strong. - however if I wanted the fault it was throwing fix I would have to take it to a transmission specialist. This place had good ratings.- I get there and originally was very impressed with their work they informed me all that had done and even stated it ran strong. They told me it was a transmission sensor that needed replacement. And that they needed to take the transmission out to fix it. After this I searched the sensor and on various websites and YouTube tutorials to replace this. THE TRANSMISSION DOES NOT NEED TO BE REMOVED.- Meanwhile during this I get a call informing me I need a new transmission 7K for a remanufactured transmission. I told them no, go with the original plan thinking it was a scam. They replaced the sensor, however due to the transmission failing. The transmission failed instantly after. Still charged me over$1200 to send my transmission into failure. When MY TRUCK RAN STRONG GOING IN!!! I show up to tow the vehicle home myself. They informed me that they would roll it back due to it being undrivable. They failed to tell me, that due to failure it could not be pushed BACK ... Which would've been useful knowledge for Towing it home myself!! They were aware it did not roll back and failed to tell me that. I will take accountability and realize that the fault was mine for saying replace the sensor. Due to all this my truck had to be sold not running, which caused me to take a very low offer, after paying this fraudulent company over 1K to killing my vehicle. I would recommend any other transmission shop because if I could go back and never bring my vehicle here I would. Had it not brought my vehicle in here, it would still be running . If youre looking for transmission repairs, seek out another shop!!! Basic maintenance and repairs, check out Corey's automotive-on 20th and Washington. This place is NOT one I would recommend to ANYONE.

I really appreciate their vehicle inspection review—they thoroughly explain everything and are transparent about what needs attention now versus later. I made an appointment at which time I was given a quote. When I picked up the vehicle the price was nearly double, when I asked why I was told that was just their price. Also I discovered they did a comprehensive inspection but to their dismay they could not find anything to fix, I maintain my vehicle with great care and pride. Because they couldn’t find anything to get me back it to repair and spent a great deal of time is why I believe they charged me double. Once I got the vehicle and tested it, I found out that they did not fix it correctly. I took it back again. They did not fix it correctly so I had to take it to another shop to get it done right which I should’ve done in the beginning . I would not recommend this business. I believe they are not very honest and fall into that typical automotive repair shop that tries to take advantage of people.

I have a 2004 Mercedes Benz sl 500 that’s had a problem for 2 years. I took it to three reputable Mercedes mechanics and they kept replacing the alternator so I found AB Hadley and they found the problem after many hours of searching thru the wireing and kept to their original estimate. I am so impressed with them that now I am a customer for life it is hard to find a good mechanic I’m 62 years old and I know what I’m talking about. Thanks guys

Definitely a great place to visit. Decided to try someplace new since I am new to the area and this one stuck out. I had to set an appointment but thats not a huge deal. Dropped off my car and they offered to drive me home or to work but I already had a ride arranged. However, I did take them up on that offer after the work was done. They did a look over on my car (since I just recently bought it), changed the oil, and recommended replacing the battery and some filters. In order to recommend it though, they didn't just call me. They sent me a report ahead of time that had pictures of what was wrong and explanations of why it needed to be replaced. This made it much easier to ok the replacement. I also felt like the prices were pretty competitive for what they were, especially if comparing to a dealership. All in all I worked directly with Trent, Enrique, and Julie and all were a pleasure to work with and none came across as sales people which I appreciate. I do not know the name of the tech who worked on my car but as far as I can tell he took good care of it (i think it was Jeff?). I have visited several shops over the last few years since I don't trust anybody, but this is the first place I have been to that was as good as the place I really liked in Bountiful that I can no longer visit since its a bit inconvenient. So I have every intention of coming back here to get my cars looked at. And one of them is falling apart so I am sure i will be back soon. Thank you.

I usually go to Young Hyundai, but I got tired of their terrible customer service. A.B. Hadley is so much better! Trent, Enrique, and Kari were very kind, professional, and seem to be genuinely enjoying their jobs. The mechanics are efficient and their report was thorough and easy to read. Julie drove me home in the shuttle and was quick and nice to chat with. Positive experience all around!

I just called for a quote and I was shocked about how thorough and detailed Brian ( I think that was his name ) was. He got off the phone and checked with suppliers and every option I had wanted to get my car fixed then called me back and gave me a very straightforward view of what he could offer. This kind of service, understanding, and professionalism is very difficult to find. I would recommend A.B. Hadley as one of the elite where you can still find it....and the pricing was very competitive vs everywhere else I checked.

Imagine a world where only 5% of shops and technicians are trustworthy and knowledgeable in automotive repair. A.B. Hadley is that that place. Everyone I know has had “issues” with automotive repair shops blindly throwing parts at codes that pop up rather than performing true diagnostic procedures to determine the root issue. The staff at this location is very knowledgeable and always do their absolute best to give customers a value while performing the correct procedures to get the job done right the first time. My experience with Robert at this location has been second to none. They are one of the oldest family-owned auto repair shop in the valley. 100 years! There’s a reason they have been in business as long as they have. Do not hesitate to take your vehicles here. I have a long and personal history of professional experience in this industry. These guys are top-notch!

I took my Jeep Wrangler with an obvious rear end issue, but also not so obvious transmission issue. Enrique took his time listening to me describe the symptoms, and Jeff called me (taking his time) to explain my repair options. I was impressed that Jeff started the conversation by inquiring what my expectations are for future use. You would not get this at a dealer or most shops. They completed the repairs, and kept me informed of progress. The Jeep (10 years old) runs and handles like brand new now!!! A.B. Hadley’s professionalism and knowledge is extremely good… I highly suggest Jeep owners taking their vehicles to them! They understand the quirks of Jeeps! I believe I got great work for the price.

At first, when I got my estimate at A.B. Hadley Inc., I was in shock at the number they gave me. So, I wandered across the street to compare—at first, they quoted me about a third of the price! I thought, “Wow, jackpot!” … until they added, “Ohh, that’s just for two wheels, not four.” Eventually, their estimate ended up about the same as Hadley’s, but with lower-quality parts AND a request to leave my car for a whole week. No thanks. So I came running right back to A.B. Hadley, and I’m glad I did. Trent made me feel truly heard. I told him that, being new to the area, I was worried about being taken advantage of. Instead of brushing me off, he walked me through their detailed report on my car—status of all major systems, prices listed upfront, and a clear picture of what’s coming down the road. That kind of transparency is a huge relief! Now I can actually plan my maintenance and repairs without guessing or worrying. Bonus points: they’ll loan you a car or even drive you to work/home and pick you up once your car is ready. Honestly, that level of customer service is rare. I left feeling like I had a real partner in keeping my car healthy. Thanks to Trent and the team, I’m budgeting all my maintenance now. Update: Just wanted to add a quick update since my first review -- we finally got our car back after two days, and once again, the A.B. Hadley team came through! On day one, Julie kindly gave us a ride from work to the shop and back (such a lifesaver), and when the repair took a little longer than expected, they set us up with a loaner car. My son and I nicknamed it "Babushka Honda" -- that's "G-ma Honda" in Russian -- because it felt like a cozy little time machine straight to the '90s. We had fun with it! When we picked up our car, everything was done perfectly. They used original or top-quality parts, and the rotors and brake pads even come with a 3-year / 100K-mile warranty -- seriously, who can beat that? Every interaction -- from Trent to Julie and the whole crew -- was professional, kind, and genuine. They treat you like a person, not a number, which is exactly what you want after (or before) a long day at work. Thank you, A.B. Hadley team, for making car care something I can actually feel good about. You guys really are the best!
