I went here today October 11 2021 to get my transmission put inside and tell them the guy bill was who tell me bring my transmission and truck up to shop than let guy who was working on other car at shop listing to my voice mail and he said ok let me call bill for you than another guy at shop gave me the guy bill number and he was very rude and say all kind stuff outside of his neck but work at shop said to me just bring my truck and transmission back up there on Wednesday but at that time I know that it was a no go for me because you can’t talk to client any kind way that just trying get some work done I didn’t say anything out way but I won’t trust no one with bring they car up to a&e auto shop because I can tell they ain’t know what they was doing at all and was very rude

Needed a timing belt, water pump and a/c idler pulley replace on my honda crv. I'd call myself a backyard mechanic myself but I don't have the time I used to with family and all. I trusted a&e to get the job done right, my crv has 252,000 miles and Thanks for a&e it's going to last beyond 300,000. They also got everything done on time despite a fully booked day. Ask for Edie! They dropped my wing nut down the engine of my 1971 impala and tried to act like they couldn't hear the noises that my original 400 small block engine was now making. They were not supposed to be touching my carburetor at all. They were only supposed to be putting on an alternator so I don't understand why they were messing with the carburetor in the first place.

Really wish I can give this car shop a negative star because I am so disappointed as a customer for one this shop had my vehicle for almost 3 or 4 days my son missed the whole week of school basically due to me not have a transportation a charge me $360 to fix the problem that I told them several times what it was doing he claim he fixed the problem but no unfortunately he did what he wanted to and charge me $360 for that saying that was the problem and also charge me $40 for an transmission oil which he never told me that he was putting in my car before he did it I am highly upset about this. because I’m still having the same problem so basically paid $400 for nothing because im still having the same issues I wouldn’t recommend this shop to nobody went to another shop. They told me I was overcharged for the work that he did as well. And also, also my car is shaking now and it wasn’t doing that at first just fast talk and take you’re money and don’t care 🤷♀️ about ppl I work hard for my money don’t have time to give it away I got 4 kids I’m a single mom as well so that 400 was a lot for me

Do not bring your car here!!!! Eddie is a scam artist omg I called about having my lower control arm replaced and he was very nice and sweet over the phone and gave me a quote of $215. he calls me 2 days later and tells me its ready to pick up and when he hands me the bill its over $500 ????? i asked what happened and he said that that the parts were more expensive than he originally thought . OK so why not call me ????? BUt hey i get it i work at a parts supplier so i told him no big deal but as i am leaving i am hearing loud creaking noises and brought it back to him and he said there is nothing wrong with it. i took it to another mechanic locally and when he lifted the car in the air he showed me the control arm bolts were loose. WHAT KIND OF PLACE IS THIS, I GET MISTAKES HAPPEN BUT SERIOSULY WHEN I BRING IT BACK TO YOU ATLEAST FIX IT. I should have just went to the dealership and paid the 700 dollars and got it done right cant trust these shady mechanics wow. and to top it all off i had to pay the second mechanic to diagnose the and repair THEIR MISTAKE AND THEY REFUSE TO REIMBURSE ME. I will be pursuing legal action at this point

I was looking for the cheapest place to do my brakes and was told to come here... 2 weeks later I am driving down groseback and hear a loud noise i come to look and my rotor is broken. they put on a used rotor for me and sold it to me as "new". Also when i reported them to the state of Michigan i was told they were not even licensed to do brakes. I guess you get what you pay for
