Took our Dodge Durango here back in November. Was told it needed a new heater blower motor. After ordering the wrong part they finally got the correct one in and did the repair. While the car was there I asked that they replace my headlight bulb. Which they did. After I picked up the car I discovered that the heat didn’t work at all and the electrical was all messed up. I had no head lights, tail lights, blinkers, heat, wipers etc. took it back up there and they said it was an electrical issue and they couldn’t help me. I find it awfully coincidental that after they worked on the car all of these problems happened. I spent $400 and have a car I can’t even drive and a repair shop that will not take responsibility for their work. Now I have to find the money to have their poor work fixed.

Got a radiator replacement some time ago, only to return and get treated like crap! I barely drove my car, it sat an entire winter to be started up and have a leaky radiator that they put in! Wouldn’t work with me getting a brand new one put in because they said it was only a year warranty but I had proof I only drove the car less than a few hundred miles. My tire was rubbing against my front bumper, They broke my intake filter, they broke the bracket to the air intake, and had nerve enough to Jimmy rig something together so that my intake wasn’t hanging! They patched up a hole in the radiator that they sold me defective, and sent me on my way. I am disabled combat veteran, they knew this, and still treated me like garbage!! Stay away from this place!!!!

I got to work and realized I had radiator fluid leaking, I looked up the closest place which happened to be Ajax Radiator the guy was very cool told me to go ahead and bring it in. I got a call couple hours later saying that the part I needed would be in the next morning and he would have it ready. I recommend you check them out my experience was great, service was delivered as promised and should I have another radiator problem I would definitely look them up.
