I brought my truck into A-line because of the squealing noise that it was making. I was told that I needed new rotors so I bought new rotors for 245$. According to them, they put rotors on if your vechicle is shaking. When I brought my truck back, I was told by the mechanic that my brake pads were still good, just cheap and that’s why it made noise. So I should have been told that to begin with and I’d still have my 245$ because my truck was NEVER shaking. The owner’s wife said that they would put new pads on the front and “would not be responsible for the back “. Why not? That’s what I brought it in for to begin with and instead you charged me for rotors that I didn’t need. When he finished putting the brake pads on the front only, he pulled up and it squealed! I was charged for something that I didn’t need and they would not make it right.

This company is a complete joke. I watched people bring their own parts in this location when I was there. They tried to charge me $366.00 dollars for some parts that costed $210.00. When I went bought the parts myself (mind you) they come from O'Reilly which are warranty parts the same place they ordered them from. She got mad and said she wouldn't the work on my car bcus, they were no longer getting the chance to screw me over. Some people in this world really makes it a ugly place to be and they are the prime definition of it.

Brought my car to Mr. Curtis an his team. And they told me the problem right off. Everyone else tryed to tell me that I just needed my tires balanced. But I really needed more work then that. The owner is very nice. They looked over my car and told me what I needed to have fixed and what could wait. I had to leave my car, but the owner brought me to work since my job was close to the shop. They did a great job on my car. I haven't had an issue since.

INCOMPETENT! Had my front end brake pads and rotors changed, they called back and said I needed rear rotors and pads( true) but the rear calipers were needing to be replaced also( they were perfectly fine, just trying to bill me for something I didn’t need). They forgot to put a bolt back where it was supposed to be( see photo). They forgot to give me back my lock lug for my wheels and had to go back and dig through their tool box for it. The whole system seems to be run on a hand written spiral notebook. There are better places in town.

I went to A Line for what I thought was a bad bearing assembly. However, Edward test drove my car and took the break pads off my car to reveal that the problem was actually a break sensor (with visual proof) and my break pad just needed to be changed. The professionalism of Darla in the front office and Edward in the shop not only saved me money in unnecessary repairs but also properly diagnosed the problem I was having and fixed the problem correctly. I would recommend their services to anyone who wants a proper diagnosis and repair. Darla is professional and she is also courteous and knows about cars. She will provide you with a fair estimate of repairs. Edward is wonderful in the shop and he'll actually finds out what's wrong with the car, properly diagnose the problem, and fix what's wrong. I recommend their services to anyone who needs break or front end repairs.

Good place very knowledgeable. Another tire shop told me that I would not need cam bolts for front end alignment, however with research and their knowledge my truck did indeed need them!! And came in cheaper than the other place for less work! Definitely recommend.

Easy in and out, dropped off truck, cut me a good deal on a few parts I needed replaced and got the 10% off on a Tuesday which was a unexpected plus. Lot of work done in a reasonable time frame at a reasonable price, this is probably one of the best alignment/front end shops in Beaumont.

It asked, why I hate this place, I don't hate it, they just didn't have the experience to do my front end on my Cobra replica, where Modica Brothers did. This place came recommend by a coworker, but their lack of effort, and easy push out the door while on the phone with them was enough to seek service elsewhere.

I was having problems with my rotors, A-line, what's recommended to me, and I must say I am so grateful for the recommendation! the guys were very kind to me they were very informal they went through the measures of explaining everything that was going on with my vehicle, yes they did a perfect job I am so happy with my vehicle! I was also informed on a issue that could possibly happen later on, it was something that they did not work on, however I recommend A- line!!! honesty lives here?

Great Service!!! Excellent shop. They are the first shop out of 5 different alignments shops that set up my 3.5" lift Tundra properly. 6 months in now on my new 37" BFGs and they are barely wearing compared to other allignment shops I have used. Drives straight with no pull or drag. I have had this truck 7 years and it has never driven better than after this ALine-Allignment. I also took in my 2001 Jeep XJ and they took care of replacing my after market control arm bushings. Saved me time and effort and they did it at a reasonable price. EXCELLENT SERVICE!!!!:)
