Pulled over to see if they could simply tighten our lug nuts cause the tire was shaking. He noticed the ball joint was broke, (which I was unable to notice cause we forgot to get our jack at home)... He was able to rush the part in an hour (we didn't ask for that), and got us back on the road in an hour ish. So $100 in labor, plus the ball joint cost, and last minute. Plus good coffee. Thank You Thank You Sirs!

Dropped off my truck for oil change and brakes at 1pm and they were super busy, they offered me to drop me off at work and that’s what they did, after 3 hours I got a phone call to let me know that my truck is ready, I asked them if someone can pick me up and they said yes for sure. Don’t ever come here they really don’t know what they be doing. I went for a spark plugs and the car keep shaking and I had to take it to the dealership and spend 1000+ to get what these dumps did fixed
