What a joke. Called to get an inquiry and first thing lady said was "Oh, he won't do that. Yeah, we don't do that anymore". Guess they don't do rust repair anymore? Then why would you have it listed RIGHT on your website? Ridiculous.

I ran into problem with my car window and couldn't use car in public parking places. Then I went to goodyear they quoted around 300 - 400 bucks, was just wondered and checked with my friend to see if he know any of better local business who can do this kind of jobs. He asked me to call John the muffler man (local automotive shop for very economical prices), they suggested me to to State Auto Body. I went there to talk about my car and Mark (owner of State Auto body) told it will be around 200 bucks straight away the difference of 150 bucks less when we see the quote of goodyear. I didn't have any second thought and dropped my car immediately finally came to 140 bucks which is a way cheaper than what goodyear quoted. Very economical Trust worthy Honest in giving quotes I would recommend my friends to go to this place for any minor repairs on body related for cars.

Today I encountered a horrible experience at State Auto body, Inc. 5000 W. State Street Milwaukee, WI 53208. I took our company vehicle to receive an estimate for auto bodywork. My co-worker and I witnessed 3 employees standing talking to each other, never acknowledging us as we were standing 5 feet away from them. I figured they would greet us after their conversation was over. That never happened… One guy made a phone call (and remained on the phone the entire time), the lady to which we spoke with over the phone (5 minutes prior to arrival) walked away, and the other employee turned his back and starred at the wall for 10 minutes as we stood without anyone looking at us; asking if we need something, saying hi, or asking how they can help. The lady returned only to have another conversation with the guy who kept his back turned to us. They talked for another 5 or 6 minutes while we stood 5 feet away from them looking directly at them. After they finished laughing, I just knew the lady would turn and greet us or asked if we’ve been helped…. this is a business right…? Nope, she walked away again! This time I followed her in the “main office and still wasn’t greeted. I asked her if she worked here and she said yes, “I need information on you” and she precedes to hand me a stationed clipboard. I said, wait you work here and you watched us stand in your presence for over 15 minutes without acknowledging or greeting (us) customers? She replied, “well I didn’t know if someone else said anything to you, plus I don’t have any info on you”. I wondered if she meant info on my vehicle or me…? I told her how can you receive any info on my vehicle (or me) if you don’t talk to me to see what I want, the only reason we are speaking now is because I followed you to ask if you worked here. This was one of the rudest experiences in my life. I wonder if my skin tone were identical to theirs, would this situation have occurred? It’s sad that in this day and age bigots exist. I should be able to walk in any store and receive proper service just as anyone else.

1/2 the quote of a new car dealership. Repairs done in 2 days. Dealership wouldn't even start it for 1 week. How they did it in 2 days is a miracle if you ask me.

Mark is great! He gave me the most competitive quote on my car and was extremely easy to use. My car was hit in a parking lot and had a nice gash in the passenger side door. It now looks brand new! You can't even tell that there was anything ever wrong. Great service, great quality, great price! You won't go wrong with Mark's State Auto Body!

I would highly recommend them. They are absolutely the best. I crushed my car and was worried because I did not know how to go about it (I have inserted a before picture and after) and they did a great job. I am so impressed and I will go back again and again. They were all very friendly too. They’re the best auto body workshop and mechanics in Milwaukee! Thanks a lot for the wonderful service!
