After multiple different shops had tried to figure out an issue with my car, I thought it was never going to be fixed. The people at this Firestone took great care of me and were able to fix the issue! They did a great job with my car. Big special thanks to Mike for making sure it was fixed!

This locations “Recommend” to repair takes advantage of the customers not knowing vehicles and vehicles parts. For Example A Control arm is comprised of either stamped steel, cast iron, or cast aluminum. Steel and iron control arms deliver strength, sturdiness, and the ability to resist damage. Therefore if it’s not broken, bent, or deteriorated it is not needing replacement. The Control Arm holds the ball joint and bushing, these are the parts of it that would be the most likely of what is needed to be replaced. Would a customer likely know to ask that? This then leads to question the honesty of parts being replaced and/or repaired. In the case of a Control Arm a customers’ original Control Arm can be just fine to be used and it is the ball joint and/or bushing that is needed and should honestly only be the “Recommended” repair and invoiced for? Therefore, are customers paying for what is “Recommended” as if that “Recommendation” has been actually what has been done for them, though in reality what has only needed to be done is what was REALLY repaired or replaced? comprised of either stamped steel, cast iron, or cast aluminum as their primary material. Steel and iron control arms deliver strength, sturdiness, and the ability to resist damage. COVID WAS A MESSAGE NOT JUST A MOMENT. Let’s take the best of care of people.

Miko went thru my jeep wrangler. Previous owners said they disconnected the emergency brake due to lift and I believed them. Took it in for oil change and ask for it to be reconnected. He looked it over and showed me pictures saying that it actually was bad and not just disconnected. Earned my trust I will definitely return.

Manager Mike is a great to work with and tell you what you need to know. Honesty and integrity are important to me and this store seems to have it. Worth the trip to take your car here

Everyone was super kind and willing to spend extra time to really find the issues with my tires (even pulling out a magnifying tool). Awesome people.

Thank you Miko, for listening to my concerns about my Toyota RAV4. Today I went to Firestone to have a diagnostic test done to see what was happening with the engine and the smells that I had been smelling from my vehicle. Grateful that I took it here. My experience was positive. Staff engaged. I will be back for future work jobs. Thank you again for your time. November 12, 2025 Alright sadly, I have to follow up with my most recent visit. I dropped off my truck and key on Wednesday, November 5th after 3:30 for an exhust job. I didn't get my truck back until Saturday, November 8th that afternoon. When I started driving my truck, the front wheels on my driver side started to squeal, then there were loud grinding and rubbing sounds. When I brought it back with my fiance to find out why that was happening, we were told to make an appointment on Monday. Monday turned into Tuesday and then Wednesday today; so I canceled. I will no longer bring my money or business to this location. Amelia Davis

I had my truck for a long time and never had big problems with it. we were going out of town and my go to person was out of town and so I called Firestone on capital which they got me in and I regret it so... bad. sooo... unprofessional and they robbed me. they told me a list of things that they claimed needed to be done. but because we were going out of town I went ahead. we paid over $3500 for my truck that day. they did nothing and the guy messed up my engine as well. they didn't even do the oil Change I came in for. so we drove all the way to MN with no oil. and had to add some our self. We went to a place in MN and they told us there that it was no oil so they added some so when we got back here I've taken it back a few times cause they still didn't get it right. a waste of money and my time. I will be taking them to court for my money back. I sure will. I have proof they messed up my truck. Now I'm looking for something new cause they messed up my engine. this is just crazy. if you want good service don't go here. Didn't do the breaks or rotors smh. And I'm putting a report in with the BBB... I ain't going.

I scheduled an appointment to have my car inspected and arrived on time, but no one was available to perform the service. This was very frustrating and inconvenient, as I had cleared my schedule for this appointment. I called to check in and I was told it was being worked on, I should receive a phone call in 30-45 mins. I called back almost an hour and a half later just to be told no one was there to look at it. I was told I would have to wait 2 days for my car to get looked at. I hope the management addresses this issue, as it negatively impacts customers who rely on scheduled service times.

Wow what a turnaround at this Store! Shane the new store manager has performed a miracle with this place! I was very wary about coming back to this store due to a horrible experience last time I was here. But Zeke who greeted me was super friendly and Shane listened to me in a way I didn't think existed in customer service anymore. He listened to my concerns from my last visit and went above and beyond to walk me through the concern I had the previous time when I was completely blown off! He apologized and just really gave me the confidence to bring my car back here and I'll be telling my son to come here for his repairs that he needs on his car! Absolutely fantastic service. Store was cleaned up so well I barely recognized the place, and the employees were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable! This community needs a trustworthy shop like this, with so many bad actors in the area I'm so happy to see this place turn around! Thank you Shane, Zeke and the mechanics that worked on my car!

Called on Wednesday and made an appointment for Friday morning at 8 a.m. Dropped vehicle off Thursday night. Was never any communication on their part. On Sunday I was informed by the service manager my vehicle was in the bay being looked at by a technician. Wasn't true. On Monday morning they still haven't touched it. I told them not to as I was going to take it somewhere else. Since enough of my time has already been wasted. Still waiting for the area manager to call but that probably won't happen. Corporate office was able to only take a complaint and not provide any kind of compensation for my time being lost and being lied to.

I got a flat tire on the worse day ever...a snowy Wisconsin day in January. Stopped by Firestone on 60th and Capitol, store manager Shane was able to get back up and running within a hour. Great service and support!!

Been coming here for years. Came in last week and received the absolute best service I've gotten anywhere since COVID! They listened to my concerns, updated me, and made sure I understood what was going on with me car. None of that "you need this, this, this and this" without any context. Shawn literally sat down with me and went over what they found line by line and told me what he would do first and what things I should do when I get paid next. We made a plan for my next 3 visits right there! Now I know what to expect going forward and I know my car is in good hands! Oh! And Zeek was helpful too when the manager was doing something else

Poor communication. Certain front desk staff are untrustworthy. Your service manager, Zeke, continuously and intentionally provided misinformation. The store manager, Shane was okay at best and though he ultimately “somewhat” corrected an error made by the store, I still left with a bad test in my mouth. I’m not sure how your staff is trained or if they are trained at all, they need to be taught to refrain from deceptive practices. Do honest work, be honest and strive for customer satisfaction. If your work is less than satisfactory, be honest as to why. I was a repeat customer of Firestone until my last interaction with your staff. Based on my disappointing experience at your store, that solely rested on the integrity of your staff, I will never refer anyone to Firestone again. I not only frequented Firestone, I had my significant other serviced for tires as well, more than once. When I need my next set of tires, I will try my luck with your competitors in the future.

The charges was very reasonable, cheaper than my former household mechanic/friend whom I assumed will charge me lesser, but I was quite wrong. I was also given a reasonable discount, for some sort of promo going on for long time customers, which I had no idea I was qualified for. When you are short on cash, every penny saved matters a lot. If you are interested in saving money, getting quality services at a reasonable price, having honest people work on your car without the unnecessary waiting time, then this is the best store and location to service your car.
