I went to NC Diagnostics and repair. I absolutely would recommend this place. I dropped off my car and got a free diagnostic. The person I was working with told me he would call in a couple hours and he did with a result. Then I asked to go ahead and fix it. He said ok I will call you in a couple hours. He did. He was very professional and prompt. His customer service was great. Last but not least he price was very reasonable. Again I would absolutely go there again and recommend this place to anyone.

This is an amazing place to take your vehicle. The mechanic is knowledgeable. His prices are unbelievably reasonable. He explains things thoroughly. He will allow you to bring parts, although he gets a great price for parts as well. I can go on... I highly recommend this small business. There are often issues with the credit card reader, so be prepared to pay with cash.

Nero is amazing! He met me at the shop on Sunday to drop off my car. Well he called me today and told me my engine is trashed and front suspension is bad. He didn't charge me to look at my car which is amazing! I am beyond happy with his service and the fact he was so honest with me. My next car I buy for my daughter I will ALWAYS COME HERE. Nereo is the absolute best. I ended up with him accidentally after buying a used car that immediately needed fixing- not only did he fix the issue I originally had, he’s subsequently replaced my brakes, ball bearings, and whatever random “can you help me with this?” Repairs I’ve tossed his way. My sister now goes to him (and sent her kid there too) he’s always the BEST price, never upcharges me or tries to sell me on shit I wasn’t looking to have done, super accommodating when it comes to my schedule- even if it means he’s working late to help me out… just all around a really solid, super respectful and entirely reliable dude. Highly recommend.

Provided timely updates and response time 1000000/10. After going through multiple mechanics with no knowledge and robbed me for money without fixing the issue i’m glad I found you guys!!!
