On the july 6th I dropped my car off for check engine light. They called me Saturday stating they jad to order the part and it will be ready Monday. So Monday i got the call it was ready but told them i would pick it up Tuesday when i get of work. I made it about 440pm they close at 5. I hot my keys and saw spmething with my front bumper went back and told the short older Russian guy who I seem to always deal with. He said dring it tomorrows i did. So on the 11th at 930am he tell me my car must of hot damaged be cause it was sitting outside all day. Then he tells me he can buff it out and there not liable for the damage. Ive taken my car the twice and in 3 month and I can't believe this is their customer service.....😡😡😡😡😡😡

Horrible service! I will never spend my money with this establishment again. The glass they put in my car was cheap after market glass from China that didn’t fit my car! The windows leaked water and constantly had a draft. When I took my car back he didn’t want to refund my money or replace the glass with the OEM glass for my vehicle.

We sat outside of this place for about two hours waiting for a couple of tows. I never had any work done here but Fish said he did and he suspects they charged him for parts they didn't replace. Overall not a bad intersection to sit and wait for a tow truck.

Car window got busted out one evening. My Birthday was the next day. Called that morning on my birthday, brought it in that morning, left it there and at 1:30 pm it was ready. They replaced the window, vacuumed out all the glass and the price was the best Birthday gift. Paid them and went to my birthday dinner. Mike's Auto Inc. is the best.

I came here a couple of years ago to get my windshield replaced and they did a great job at a reasonable price. So I decided to bring my used Acura TSX in to get the windshield frame put back on after it flew off on the expressway since the dealer I bought the car from did a horrible job putting it on after I purchased the car. I came here 30 mins before they closed and they were able to put on the part with no problem for very cheap. I will most definitely recommend anyone that needs window or frame repair to come here.

They will show good customer service and charge a decent price. But when I got my vehicle back, it didn’t seem like the fix the problem thoroughly. And I discovered a new problem with my vehicle Instantly the same day. It’s seems they will try to sabotage something on my car to make me go back and spend more money smh.

Called at 1:05 asked if he could replace a broken passenger window said he closed at 2:00 but if I got there in 10 minutes he could do it. Got there at 1:18 called and told him he said I took too long and could no longer fix my window to come back Monday. Would not recommend this place of the sole fact that he made me drive too him to deny me service when he was still open for basically another hour

These men are the sweetest. They were very patient with me because this was my first time taking my truck to a shop. And they made me feel very comfortable.
