I had a great experience at this place. I needed a reclaimed metal commercial style door painted. It was out of the ordinary for what they do, but Ricky gave me a good honest estimate on time and materials to properly remove corrosion, prep, and paint the door. The door looks great! It's metallic orange & shiny. I appreciate the workmanship in the paint job every time I go in and out of it. I'll be bringing my vehicle here if the need arises.

On a recommendation tool my car in for an estimation for minor number damage only on front passenger side. Absolutely no body same anywhere. Fist question asked is this an insurance claim. Even though I have full coverage due to minor damage, I answered In paying out of pocket. After a few minutes the estimator returned with what seemed like a mile long estimate of $2,800+ three day work estimate. He also explained there could be an addditional $900 to reset the sensors, even though the sensors are located on the front and side body. Having done some research I already had an idea what the repair would cost. I left Pinky’s and went directly to the dealer and promptly received an estimate of $878. For a 2 hour same day repair. It seems auto body repair shops screw private payers when insurance companies/adjusters are not involved. My last note is Pinky’s will never see my face again and all should beware!!!

A friend recommended Pinkey’s to me so I called after seeing her. They had time for an estimate that day, and took 30 at the most. I was able to drop it off a few days later, and pick it up a few days after that. Reasonable pricing and very friendly employees. This was maybe my first positive experience at a garage. I can't recommend Pinkey's enough! I just had my second experience with them, and both experiences were amazing. The first time I needed front-end work done from a hit and run, and the second was a shattered back windshield and crushed wiper. They were always super friendly, efficient and on time (much faster repairs than what I expected). Great communication throughout, and they took the time to explain what was being done and if there were going to be any supplier delays. Pinkey's is one of those unicorn body shops that are dependable and honest - I'm so grateful they're here. But hopefully I won't need to use them again for a long time.

They did a great job making my Subaru look as good as new. I'm from Illinois, so leaving my car in Wisconsin at a shop I wasn't familiar with was a little nerve-wracking. Thankfully, the updates they sent me via email and their website helped me stay informed. And the few times I spoke with someone in the shop, they were always kind and informative. The entire process took a month, but considering the damage my vehicle sustained, I assumed it would take that long, if not longer. I appreciate them staying on task and doing a quality job.

Pinkey’s did a great job repairing my Subaru after I hit a deer on Monday morning heading to work. I was able to get an estimate completed the same day. They were able to source the parts needed to complete the repairs by Wednesday. I had my bumper, fender, and headlight replaced. Pinkey’s sent update emails daily while they were working on my car. They finished up the job two days early, and I had my car back exactly a week after the incident occurred. I am extremely satisfied with the work they completed- you can’t tell the damage even occurred and my car looks better than before! They fully detailed the car and even were able to remove some markings on the door handles that weren’t related to my accident. I would highly recommend Pinkey’s to anyone needed autobody work in the Milwaukee area.
