This place is a joke. Most overpriced place in Milwaukee. Charged me 800 for a starter on a 06 accord, tire has been flat everyday ever since. They did a brake job for me without telling me my break lines were leaking (lol) they also overcharged for that as well. More damage to my car on that trip when my muffler fell off the day I got it back and they said it wasn’t them. Don’t even do a slight glance at anything other than what you brought your car in for not even your oil. Overpriced and unprofessional, only bring your car in here if you have absolutely no other option and have a lot of money to spend because they will guaranteed be about double the price you would pay just about anywhere else.

I broke down nearby and limped my car there. They were very accomodating and looked at it right away. Unfortunately it was a transmission issue & they recommended a specialist shop. They did not charge me. I'm from out of town, so they agreed to hold my car until I could arrange a tow. Definitely were very honest in my opinion!

They do the little things you don’t think of or look for. When I went in for my oil change they checked the car to make sure everything is working the way it should. They told me that my tires will be due for rotation the next time so I can plan accordingly. Scott, Dave and Wes are great mechanics and I would never take my car anywhere else. I have been going there for over 20 years.

Amazing mechanic shop. My brother is a diesel mechanic and everything the mechanic said what was wrong with my car was something definitely needed as per my brother. They are very reliable, quick, and do a good job. Highly recommend. They clearly value professionalism, know their stuff, and do a quick and excellent job.

Great team over here, very quick and reliable! Brought my car here after having a bit of cosmetic damage to the bumper and a torn off skid plate - they had it in and out within about 6 hours. Very reasonable price and nice/honest guys to work with. Highly recommend (and I will be back again!)

Had O'reilly's do a diagnostic on what was going on with my Jeep heepes refused to even look at the diagnostic and Wanted to charge me a $163 Check. I checked with 2 of other mechanics who say that's a bunch of BS that those diagnostics are diagnostics so they tried to ripped me off. I then made a cold call a few days later and the diagnostics fee was 125. A As Woman we are looking to find honest mechanics. I am very disappointed. I was very happy with their work prior to that, I thought he had given me a good price. NOW I would Never Go Back.

We are beyond grateful for this mechanic. My college aged daughter was initially referred to a different mechanic that was very high priced. So, thankful she came across this mechanic that treated her kindly and gave her honest answers about things that should be fixed. Scott even sent her a follow up text a couple days later asking if everything was going great with her vehicle. Another bonus was that they went out of their way to put a clamp on my daughter's exhaust to stop the rattling. Thank you, thank you so much - we really appreciate everything!

Another great experience with the guys at Heppe's Service. Found the oil leak on my 2014 F150-oil pan gasket was the culprit and replaced my rear brakes and rotors.
