Stopped in ffg or a estimate took all my info said he would return my call in 30mins never did I called him back he said he would contact me first thing in the morning didnt do that either I called him the following morning couldn't even find my paperwork so I didn't even bother after that

This place is beyond terrible my car has been there since May 4th and It is now June 9th and they still are not done....all they was suppose to do was put in a new exhaust pipe new bumper and paint it smh never will I go here again and never will I recommend this place to anybody to even with a torn up car

Got a hood replaced, full hood and front end paint job and side driver mirror replaced; the paint wasn't buffed 100% and in places it's chalky like. The hood is not straight, it has a lean to the left more than the right. And they didn't put the mirror color cap cover piece into the grooves of the mirror itself, so that's crooked too. A mess.

I will never go there again the owner adam is so rude. I was going there to get some parts welding and put my socks my car. They told me them wasn't the right socks for my car but there was in went inside my car to take the receipt out that I pay for my socks with Indian law state and then I want to 2 different junk yards trying to change my shocks and they both said they was a rock right shocks for my car when the man was trying to explain to Adam how to put them on he was not trying to listen to the over talk to them and got a attitude and so he told me to come back you put your old one on there. I put my car in the shop on a Thursday and I didn't get it back until next week Thursday. And then three weeks later the moulding they put on my car broke and I've been trying to have them fix it I'll be coming up there he tell me to come back or leave my car up there he do it whenever he can it was a waste of my time my money he's very rude disrespectful now I see why black owned businesses never last long because management like this

They gave me a horrible estimate first off all....do you really think I would pay someone 2800 bucks when they are drying painted car parts on top of a RADIATOR?! The place was filthy junky gross. Don't even waste time with these people.i already had a price for my parts and the turn around and say no that company is no good, so go with my company and the price was 1800???? Really when I was just told my parts would only be $700....are you loosing your marbles or what??? For this to be such a death trap I thought they would be cheaper.....WRONG!! WRONG!! WRONG!!

I came in for an estimate after being referred being to them by my boss. After receiving the estimate on a Friday, I was told to bring the car back on Monday so they could start the job. I called them Monday morning and I was told by the shop owner to bring it in on Tuesday because his guys called in. I called back Tuesday and he said they’d have to wait until the following week Monday to start the job because he only had one body guy available. I patiently waited another week and called back to see if I could bring my car in and again was given the runaround. This place is a complete clown show and should be avoided at all costs!

I'll start by saying I truly tried to support African American/ Black business. I will never recommend nor talk about my experience with this shop after this & my post on Facebook. I had 7 people who were waiting for me to get my truck back so they could do the same as I... which is support African American/ Black business. But after the yelling & disrespectful language I received from this establishment I can now confirm that the work & business conduct is beyond poor. I guess I prayed to hard for a great experience so now I'll change my prayer to never sending anyone I love or anyone who asks me about repair work that I never send them to Adams Auto Body Shops... truly a sad & disappointing day for me.

These guys don't give a f*** about the quality of their craftsmanship, plain and simple. To the manager of this shop and his staff, this level of trunk alignment to the rest of the body is "good enough" - images are attached. They also glued my car's emblem with the same level of carelessness - it was so misaligned that one could see the screw holes next to the emblem. And it fell off a few months later. Unless you have a $1000 beater car, this is not the place to take your car to.

This place is horrible!!! They get you with the prices but the quality of work is horrific. The owner Mr. Adam's is horrible at communication and is not up front with you at all concerning your vehicle. He gave us a time frame of three weeks to have the vehicle done and we are two months in and he is still not finished. He claimed that only one of his men is able to complete the job and he has been out sick. Do not go there at all. It is a waste of your time and it will piss you off talking to him.
